Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. This is a total consumer scam from this company IMO. For me I placed an order an what is received is totally not what was paid for.
On Sept 21 2021 I ordered a Tactical Fleece Jacket Green / 3XL for $54.99
On or about Oct 13th I received my order from a NJ address however it was in no way usable and on
Oct 15 2021 I sent in a return request. Message below.
*** Sorry but this item is a very bad fit. I take a xxl. I ordered a xxxl so it would be a loose fit but this is more like an large. Arms are way to tight, zipper is on the wrong side. I wish to return. ***

So, If I send back the package to the London address to get a "FULL" refund but the shipping charge is $43 I'd only save $13. Or I can get 50% or $27. I paid for something and it's wrong. I should be entitled to a full refund.
