Ordered Willow Tree Christmas set advertised on Facebook first week of January 2022. It was to arrive by Canada Post in three to four weeks. Nothing arrived yet. After reading the other comments, I am suspicious I have been scammed as well.
Yes I too got stiffed by this terrible company. Some person named Rain responds and tells you item was shipped and received even though it was not. This company gives on line ordering a bad name for sure. Shame on Zimiee...
FAKE SCAM THIEF - do not purchase anything from them. They will email you all the time and tell you that the order is on the way because of COVID it's been delayed. Nope. Never received a single thing.
I ordered two Christmas baskets in November. When I finally received them a few days before Christmas, they weren't ANYTHING like the photo. They were worthless. Zimiee refused to give me anything by a 30% refund or send the product back (which I would normally do) for a 100% refund. However I am convinced is I had shipped this product back to them, they would insist they never received it (in China) and I would have no refund. Ugh. Never again.
I ordered 2 hanging baskets on the 1st of December, got a notification they were shipped. In the 20th tried to track and nothing, contacted them and they gave me more shipping information. My mom finally recieved them on January 9th and they are not 20x20x11 but maybe 8x8x8. I have contacted the company many times and they have offered me a 15 percent refund. Definitely not worth the money I spent and they showed up a month to late. They are shipped from China, not New Jersey!!!
Bought kinetic wall sculpture as a gift. No pendulum, which is the critical piece! It’s just a bunch of cheap pieces of wood in a box.

Yes buyer beware, I ordered some for items and paid way too much. I did get them but not at all the quality they should have been for the price. Other notes: Site says everything is made in the USA, however when I used the tracking feature the country origin was China. I ordered on 11/1 and received the items about 2 weeks ago. I emailed asking for clarification on the "made in the USA", why is the country of origin China.. response "we have warehouse all over the world" .. Definitely got punkcd on this one.. FYI I found it through Facebook so be careful there as well.
We received the hanging basket - ~6" globe with the poorest quality of artificial flowers you can imagine. Came with 3 light strings that required 2 button batteries each - not included.
I ordered a Christmas hanging basket for outside, looked beautiful in the picture looked really big. Finally got it after weeks and it was the size of a small melon, horrible, through it away.

I ordered 3 hanging baskets for Christmas. Their order tracking shows they shipped and they were delivered to "Agent" in my town. I have not received them and I have reached out to them multiple times with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I purchased wreaths and after a month finally received the product however the product was not the same as in the picture! It was much much smaller and the lights for the Christmas wreaths were skulls! I requested a full refund and they offered a 10% discount I said that was unacceptable and they responded a week later with a 20% discount and that I can keep the product and saying that I was one of their most important customers! Right…So what about my full refund!?!
This is a total scam!!!
They offered 15% off to wait for shipment, when totally unsatisfactory items arrived broken and I asked to return said items, they "ghosted" me. This is a pay a premium for junk and no return website. Go beyond BEWARE!, don't buy!
on 11/8/2021 I ordered two Christmas hangings. Add said reduced to $39.00, I was charged full price at checkout $159.98. No copy of receipt offered, no tracking info given. It is now 12/9/2021 and no product delivered and no way of contacting this company. BAD NEWS, do not buy anything from them!!
I ordered 2 Christmas hangings on November 7. They took my money. The site says it was shipped. Had a tracking number that goes to a blank page. Never received the goods!
I did the same thing, ordered two hanging baskets. I did receive them, took forever! They came, not at all what they showed in picture! They were about six inches round,cheap looking plastic greenery. I sent them back and have not heard anything,no refund! I have also tried to contact them, by emails. It always kicks back as no such address. I guess I am out $69.96

Total scam, what you actually get is nothing like they advertised/photos
I ordered with them through Facebook Marketplace 2 hanging evergreen baskets. They charged me over three times the stated price. I contacted emailed them at the address on the advertisement and was told that I had over ordered and they wouldn't return funds. They sent the baskets which were half the size of the ones in the picture and had lights that did not work. The "greens" were stuffed in for the recipient to put together. I attempted to contact them again several times through the email address with no answer. Called the credit card company and am disputing the charge. Oh, and the package came from China via New York address where it appears to have been repackaged.
Oops! That was a 10% refund on above comment for the pre-lit basket.
I ordered the hanging pre-lit basket and it is a piece of junk-not battery operated as stated and lights do not work and basket was all damaged and packed in a plastic envelope and mailed that way. They are offering me a 5% refund-what a joke. It was $39.99 plus tax and shipping.

Too good to be true. I ordered six of the kinetic objects, thinking they were extremely low priced. They were to be Christmas gifts. I was excited with their uniqueness. They sent an email to say they were sent on Oct 30. No company listed as carrier. Today is Nov 19. Plenty of time even with Christmas coming? No phone number. I emailed them back and have heard nothing. BEWARE!

Since I never received my products order how do I get my money back?
I tried to search for info on support@prengyuntec before making a purchase only to discover you after I've made the purchase payment. Now it's too late for. I seem to fall victim to these scam sites all the time and I'm tired of throwing my money away at these bogus online shops. It seems that the online support services be investigating and getting rid of these scammers before potential victims like myself ever see them. Now based on your review, I've got to check my account to insure they can't steal any more funds from me I'm a slow learner but getting smarter everyday about avoiding online scammers with too good to be true deal's.
