Hey, same here. Mine said it was delivered to TX but I'm in Cali. I emailed them a complaint, said my hubby is a lawyer and they responded. They apologized, offered me two additional items free. I got my order today, about a week later. I am completely surprised.

I ordered from this damn place and never received a thing, It is awlful that they would take a name like Zales and say it was them. It is best when you want to buy on line for some of these things try to get more information before you buy or you will just like me and other people thinking it is a real company. I lost quite a bit of money for this and now I am straighten out everything. I only buy from companies that I visit or I have cards for them. Be Careful it is a lot of them out there
