I ordered a prom dress from zachics and it finally shipped like a month late and it was completely different from the picture. they of course wouldn’t give me a refund either and said to take it to a tailor. Pitiful
I waited 43 days for two dresses that were nothing like what I ordered or paid for. Then they proceeded to offer me a mere 10% refund. My hard-earned money!! Hands-down the worst customer-service ever!!
