I ordered three fall wreaths based on a picture ad on Facebook. When I got the package a month later and opened the package, I was totally shocked... Not only were the wreaths not remotely similar to the gorgeous ones they showed in the picture, but it was cheap plastic and most of the hot glued items had fallen off and large areas of the plastic backing did not even have any items attached or covering it - They were totally cheap looking and useless!! When I contacted them for a refund, I was given three options by Tim Vega - A: they would give a 40% refund; B: They would send out three more wreaths for free; C: I could pack it up and send back to China and they would only give me a refund if the items were found in still sellable condition - what a joke, as I received them in non-sellable or useable condition.
BEWARE: This is a scam company and their products are totally sub-par, not as pictured and the refund policy is not workable for a sufficient resolution. You will be 100% DISSATISFIED!!!
