In January 2021 I placed an order through Xterilizer I’ve been trying to get in touch with them and their phone system doesn’t work. I emailed their customer service NO response. I haven’t received the merchandise.

I bought three Xterilizer UV Lamps on line. They never arrived when promised--in fact they arrived about two months late, long after I needed them and about 7 weeks after promised. Xterilizer kept assuring me they were on their way. I told Xterilizer I wanted to return them and they assured me I could. However, they never sent me return information and will not respond to emails. Their phone does not answer. I do not believe they are honest and would never deal with them again. They violated their own return policy.
