I am in the process of trying to return shoes that were falsely advertised. The asked if they can give me 10% back because the shoes are still wearable. The shoes are not even wearable. Cant get them returned!
I ordered some shoes and it took over a month to receive the shoes, then when they came instead of have one black pair and one pink I had two pink and they look cheap. When I tried to return them they kept saying I should keep and sale to someone else or give as a gift I still have not received my money back.
I order back in April and my order is not here yet ,I want to know where is my order.If not here soon i will call the Better Businness Bur.
I ordered 2 shirts on the 27th of April it's now 15th of May i have not recieved a confrirmation or a tracking number there has been no corrispondance at all.
I purchased shoes at the size indicated for USA. They arrived. I tried one shoe on for fit. They didn't.
There was a card enclosed with contact info. I have been in an email battle three times. Each time I am offered first 10%, then 15% for shoes that do not fit. I refused their offer. I asked for 100% refund. I now am contacting my bank to investigate as I refute the charges.
I am done now with ordering online, especially from ASIAN companies.
SCAM This company is China based and will offer 5%, then 10% then every 5% to 40% before they tell you they are based in China and want you to return the item to China. There is no advertising this prior to endless aggravating emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WOETSE.
