We’ve ordered a pool vacuum back on 7/3/22 the money has been taken out of my account. We just received an email from this site saying they’ve shipped it to the wrong address, and would be putting 10.00 back in my account and sending out another one . We have not heard anything or received the item.
Unfortunately, I was fooled. This company claimed to be selling pool vacuums. I found it to be just what I was looking for. So, I purchased the product. The next day I went looking for an email on the ordered product and found nothing. When I googled the company (because of the knot in my stomach), I found nothing but fancy dresses on the same website....NOTHING ABOUT POOLS OR VACUUMS. Buyer beware!! I wish I researched more before I invested $70. Now I guess I have to eat my mistake, due to the fact I can't find the company anywhere. And probably would get very far if I did.. Please do your research, don't end up like me. Good luck in the online shopping world. There's a lot of fraud out there...lol
