Yes, I have lots to say about this rip off on line scam company... On Feb 9, 2022, I ordered and paid for a "Happy Spirit Birdhouse" as a Valentine's present for my wife... The order was paid by credit card and on that same day I received confirmation of payment and notification the order status was "Awaiting Shipment".... Well it's May 11th now and after many attempts to track my order and contact the vendor, I have received neither my product ordered, nor a response from the company... This company (who ever they REALLY are) is, in my experience and opinion, a common pack of thieves. Order from them at your peril.
I am extremely disappointed in your merchandise (Tree Elf Birdhouses) received today and was stupid enough to order two of them.
They are constructed of some type of a plastic material and are not a hand carved cedar as described by your online detail. Additionally the dimensions are completely different as they measure 9” tall x 4” deep x 5” wide which are substantially smaller than your description. Bottoms are also not removable as promised so there is no way to clean them and they also have no small perch as shown in your pictures but only a pre drilled hole.
I sent an email to their address and was never responded to. Total scam! Do not order anything from these people.
