I was double suckered. I placed two orders in August and the website shows waiting for shipment. That's been on there for a month and a half. The email for customer service comes back as undeliverable. Total scam and I'm out about $75.
I ordered as well in August and when I check my email it's says awaiting shipment. And I tried sending an email won't go through. Bunch of scammers.
Ordered from this company in August . No merchandise as of yet. No response to emails. They withdrew money when order was placed. They didn’t accept credit card and Bank won’t refund. Order only if you like giving your money away. Wonder if we all got together and filed a lawsuit if we could find the owner

Well it looks like l got stung too, ordered in August 24th money taken out by Xialan trading limit, Hong Kong US, sent email but it was sent back undelivered no such email address. Very angry because I am usually careful.

Yep I believe I was scammed as well. I cant get a hold of the company emails keeps coming back. I just want my money back if anything.

I placed an order on August 7th 2022 and I still haven't received the merchandise.
I ordered and they said it will take 2-3 weeks to receive my stuff. In 4 weeks I emailed their customer service dept. They replied ok. But now, 5 weeks and I haven't gotten my stuff and no one responds my emails. My emails are "UNDELIVERABLE" because the email address "doesn't exust"!!!

I did order from vowolin company some clothes 18 days ago and it looks like l have been scammed with this company Because I can not send email or contact them or even track my order
I placed an order with this company on August 25th and received a conformation email but since then nothing, I have emailed them twice but received no reply. When I tried to check my order it stated it was waiting to be shipped. This order cost me £12.44p and was paid from my debit card to xialan trading. I think that I have been taken for a ride. This company were advertising on my Facebook page so I thought it must be legit. I shall steer clear from ordering from Chinese companies in the future and stick to what I know is legit.
Also their email address does not exist.

Vowolin is certainly a scam , sent emails to customers service say does not exist. Ordered since September no reply no nothing. Teaches me to check out these sites before ordering.

Hi, I bought some items from this website and paid them on the 30th August and they said they were supposed to send the order within 48 hours of my order and to date I have not received any correspondence from them. I sent an email to service@vowolin .com as per their website and it kept bouncing back.
It says email address did not exist!!!!
I think I just lost my $65.00 to them!!!
Vowolin is a Scam. I placed an order, paid by credit card and when the order was not processed I emailed them. No such email. I immediately cancelled my credit card, but they had my money already, so lost that. I notice they are now offering up to 80% off so that tells me they are having their last ‘rip off the public’ go.
Ordered small order from to this firm under Vowolin confirmation came in as faustuse .com the name on my bank statement is Xialan which is based in Hong Kong.
Have chased them on 225929service@faustuse .com service@faustuse .com they are still talking to me have said they have a backlog of orders if I do not get a shipping date by 11 Sept I can request a refund.Hope this helps am waiting to see what happens.
