I too have not been able to contact this company for the crappiest clothing received. All emails are returned undeliverable. If anyone is looking to purchase clothing from this site....DONT!!! I wish I had seen the reviews first.
Vinlady is a total disaster , I also received an appalling cheap garment that in no way resembled the advertised item , on trying to get some return / refund information on the only access email contact , that came back as not recognised …DO NOT ORDER from this website ..
I wish I had seen the above reviews before purchasing from Vinlady. I placed an order for one hundred and fifty dollars. I couldn't believe how badly I got scammed. Of the six items I purchased, size, color and style did not in any way match how it looked on their website. The images on their website are also present on other websites. After exchanging many e-mails I was told that if I returned the items, they would send me a refund. I paid $48 to mail the clothes back to them and never heard back. PLEASE, PLEASE do not purchase anything from this company. A minus zero is how I would rate them. I paid through PayPal but unfortunately I did not get my money back.
Do not order from Vinlady. the clothing product is so poor. The items described do not fit item received. No one helps and continues to blow me off. I wanted to return and get refund. no one will do this thru this terrible site. dont even look!
ive exchanged 7 emails with this company. the first started out with your shipment was lost. they have recycled email msgs now and gave the same excuse they did at the first. my purchase was made on 5/23/21. the name on the withdraw was stylescoltd. they got money from me but hopefully this will help save others from loosing their money. my contact has been with sonya reyna.
I'm trying now to get my order r a refund. Its email acct is not working. I can't find a phone number to contact them on.
This company is a scam, and is the WORST.
Ordered a dress on 5/31 and 3 weeks emailed them because their order confirmation lacked a phone number or address of the company.
I then went back and forth with a smart a$$, rude, horrible so called customer service person who clearly was absent the day they taught customer service at customer service school.
They refused to send me a replacement OR refund my full amount.
Offered to send something else if I paid a $10 fee.
Now Sonja says I am only getting 50% back.
I order online ALOT.
STAY AWAY.
They aren’t bright, as they lost a future customer and I will make the rounds on all social media to alert fellow shoppers to NOT ORDER from this company.
They have a warning when I googled them for reviews.
