Yes ,I had the same experience as Lakanya Davis.Pure scammers.They might changed their company name because I saw the same sweater that I ordered but under a different company.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Products are not the same as the pictures. They will find any way to stop you getting your refund. PLEASE STAY AWAY. If you shop with them be prepared to lose money and to receive awful items of clothing.
Vivilass is some big scammers and crooks . They stoled my money and I have no merchandise. They send me merchandise that looked nothing like I ordered. So I sent it back at my own expense that cost me $17.00 and they already owe me $90.00 for the return. So now no money and no merchandise. Basically I paid for nothing. Stay away from this website ?
