Vivianana complaints Vivianana fake or real Vivianana legit or fraud | De Reviews

What is Vivianana .com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling various products such as lamps, sun catchers, Aquarium Tank Floating Decor Little Diver, Air Fryer Disposable Liners, Banana Hair Clip, Earth Tone Claw Hair Clip (2 PCS), Easy Microwave Omelette Maker, Easy-DIY Lighted LED Crochet Set, Easy-Quilting Free-Motion Template Set, Golf Club Shaped 360° Toilet Brush Cleaner, FastSlim Lymphatic Draining Germanium Earrings, DEROL Lip Plumper Kit, LED Glitter Pedestal Christmas Candles, MegaClean Powder Cleaner, Multifunctional Trio Kitchen Peeler 3-piece Set, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Vivianana is listed under the suspicious category due to the following drawbacks:

Contact Information:

It has mentioned parent company’s name on its Contact Us and Terms of Use pages as BEIMAC COMPANY LIMITED. Let's tell you that lots of details provided on the website match with the scam and suspicious sites with the same parent company’s name. Not only that but it has provided the screenshot of this parent company name and address than directly writing on its website which is mostly done by scam site when they copy-paste the address of some other company so that no one can find their site by searching this address on Google Maps. The several other problematic websites which are operating under BEIMAC COMPANY LIMITED are Trendyspreas, Sweeey, Lhdnssin, Fjnatinh, CatAndLamp, Polostart, Dezuteo, Mofeels, Kiseen, Chromorning, Magisale, DcpatorShop, YuxineShop, Jewreo, Liopthy, Mageshi, Artsstor, SasaChics, Renokay, Keezmz, Ivyyst, Farlly, Canyouky, Warmskius, Meiokay, Ursulay, Yonoba, Woguayy, Skxzk, LuckyHousehold, Juerrs, GrobShop, MrbShops, ItarMall, etc. So, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name BEIMAC COMPANY LIMITED, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

We have found its email address "service@catandlamp .com" is not related to its domain name.

Discount and Sales offers:

It has listed lots of products on sale with heavy discount claims. Mostly scam sites are found to be offering such kind of discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

The website theme and lots of other details provided on its website match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

Its Returns Policy is found to be very unrealistic to offer any kind of return and exchange of items to its customers. It has stated that "You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping back will be deducted from your refund." Hence, we have found this kind of online store hardly make any returns and exchanges in any conditions. So, it is almost impossible to get the full or even a partial payment back from these kinds of online stores due to their confusing returning and/or exchanging provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The delivery time, customer support as well as the after sales services of these kinds of online stores are claimed to be very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of online stores.

Our Final Verdict:

Summing up all the above stated facts, we can draw the conclusion that Vivianana is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

NOTE: These kinds of sites are found to be changing their website name as well as whole content of their website from time to time. So, the following review is based on the details provided on its website on aforementioned date. If you find any other details than what we have provided on this review later, then that means this online store has changed its details. However, that still makes it a suspicious site.

Good Luck !

      SCAM

  6. Oh my goodness. I should have checked here before ordering from this scam company. I ordered lamps for Christmas gifts months ago. I received an email last week with a tracking number saying it had been delivered a month ago. I can usually trust online advertisers, but no more. I learned my lesson.

  7. I also ordered an Alfonso Tiffany lamp 10/26/22 it was so cute it was $45 could not resist I wasn't even looking for lamps and to tell you the truth I don't even know how I got on this website I didn't get an email, maybe it was on Facebook I have no idea where did all others find this website? I received a confirmation email showing all the details of my order. They took the money out October 27th I used a debit card I really should have used a credit card but my bank TD Bank they are going to they actually already refunded my money and they're looking into this. But I was wondering what happened to my lamp and all this Amazon stuff was coming in from Christmas that I ordered I'm like where's that lamp so I look through my emails I got an email on December 6th 2022 stating that my order was shipped, I open the email and it gave me a link to track it okay also it gave all my information a copy of the lamp everything but I paid and also the tracking number so I clicked on track your package and it brought me to the USPS site and you gave me this long list of you know where it went here and there it was delivered and put in somebody's mailbox on November 26th 2022. Didn't say what address it went to I called USPS tracking number they provided me with did not have my name or address on it but they couldn't tell me what it was I went to my local post office they couldn't tell me who it was but it wasn't me they knew you know confirmed it did not go to my address and she asked me what did you order I said if Tiffany lamp well how big is I said 21 inches high so because it was put in a mailbox she it drives me to call the supervisor of the other post office that's local where package arrived. Spoke to the supervisor of that post office she looked up the tracking number again did not have my name and it was actually in my town where it was delivered but the package was for a t-shirt something soft and little to get shoved in the mailbox. Now you can't get through to Vivianana only email them I emailed them it was a three-ring circus because going back and forth with these post office I got a copy of the original tracking because I wanted to show my bank so I could get credit. Vivianana finally emailed me back after I said I gave them 24 hours to respond and they sent me like a form letter dear customers I'm sorry about your order that wasn't delivered they're going to call contact their logistics department some so right there it's like okay this is a scam even the supervisor at the post office said there's companies that take I don't even know if their companies are scammers fraudsters take used tracking numbers and use them to do stuff like this and nothing ever gets resolved. I received another email today because I texted him back and forth when are you going to send me out a new lamp with a real tracking number and they sent me another letter similar to the other one your customers so obviously they're sending this letter to everybody it's a shame because I really wanted that lamp. Now I'm going to report to website Postmaster refered me to:
    USPIS.gov & Spam@USIPIS.gov.

Rotten company, took my money, the USPS shipping number is not even to my address. They claim there is not enough people working due to downsizing, my refund will take a while.

WISH i HAD FOUND THIS SITE FIRST! ALL OF THE ABOVE "DITTO" I'VE SPENT THREE DAYS RECITING ALL THESE CASE NUMBERS AND TRACKING NUMBERS UNTIL I'M BLUE IN THE FACE. CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD!

Company is a scam. Sent tracking number and it showed the product had been delivered before they said it was shipped. They showed shipping from Compton,CA. However earlier they said it was shipped from China. Headquarters in UK doesn’t exist.

They keep telling me that it is a logistics problem and that due to Covid things are slow.

Do not buy from these guys. Do not pay through PayPal. Fortunately I used Amex and they will refund me.

BAD NEWS! NO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered 4 lamps through the website on Oct 31. Rec'd a confirmation of my order from service@catandlamp.com. 3 weeks later I had rec'd no information about shipment, so I contacted customer service (there was no way to call them). They said that the order had been turned over to the logistics company and they would be in contact with me, and to expect delays due to covid-19. I contacted my credit card company and began a dispute of the charge due to fraud. I rec'd a credit. In the meantime I had contacted the company twice more about the bad customer svc, and never got a reply. 3 weeks later on Dec 6 I got an email with a USPS tracking # indicating it was delivered to me. I contact USPS and they said the pkg was 11 ounces and was delivered to a different address in my zip code on Nov 19. The 4 lamps should have weighed est. 8-10 lbs. So the tracking info was also a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

    1. The website I ordered from is Vivianana.com

Stay away from this China based horror show. They use fake tracking numbers (ones that were already used to show it was delivered), that way, if you report to PayPal, they'll show it was delivered and PayPal won't refund you. Trust me, these guys are huge criminals who advertise on Facebook and of course, get away with it thanks to Mark Zuckerberg allowing anyone and his mother to advertise.

  13. Yes, this website/company is a TOTAL SCAM!!! I lost $120.00 to them. I received nothing and when I tried to go back to my order, the website didn't exist. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

  14. I ordered my lamps weeks ago. They took my payment immediately and I have yet to receive my order. I did receive A message stating they tried to deliver said product but there was no one to sign. My neighbor has been watching my home for delivery and no such attempt has been made. I was also asked to pay a customs fee of $1.95, which I paid. Delivery was supposed to be in three days and that was over a week ago.
    BUYER BEWARE!!!
