I ordered a Tiffany-Style lamp six months ago and it never arrived. I called the phone number association with the website (910) 656-5742 and spoke with someone who told me it was an international manufacturer and my lamp would arrive in two months (February 2023). It never did. The number is no longer in service. Big Surprise. vivianana.com and Cat and Lamp ARE A SCAM.
I made two orders in late October to Vivianana, with the email of catand lamp.com. They advertised on Facebook. I have not received any of the 4 lamps that I ordered for gifts.
Contact your bank and try to get a refund through them - PAypal will refund you without issue. Your lamps will never arrive I'm afraid.
I have been trying to contact them because I never received my Tiffany Lamp I ordered. The tracking number said it was delivered November 28,2022 and I did not receive it. I wanted it for a Christmas Gift. They should list a site where you can actually email them .
Lost #299 for 3 lamps. no shipment yet, Ordered in August. Do not order from this company. I may as well have thrown my 300 dollars away No reply to emails and no refunds of money. I am annoyed at myself that I got stung.
I ordered a lamp on September 12 and I still don't have it on December 5. I did receive an email telling me that it was delivered to my front door on October 22. It was not. During the three months that I have been waiting, I have been emailing the company and Theresa Dillon responds. She tells me to be patient and that my order has been turned over to logistics...whatever that is. I contacted USPS and they told me I had been given the wrong tracking number and the package that they claim was delivered had a different address on it....not mine. They took my money the first day and now Theresa does not answer my emails. I have to chalk it up as a lesson learned. This company is nothing but a scam.

I have repeatedly emailed a Theresa Dillon, customer service requesting information on my order only to reply of being patient international shipping delays.
Yesterday l asked for a refund and have had no response.

Rebecca Osborne I never received a conformation on my lamps being shipped to me. I bought several for Christmas gifts. I looked up my account today and it says that it was delivered to my home already. I never got it. Very upset. Can not find where to get ahold of anyone.

The CatAndLamp link in my receipt email now goes to Vivianana , and after viewing this warning about your company, I want an immediate refund ! The link given to me now goes to Vivianana... yesterday it went to catandlamp >> the notification that item has been sent has not happened in the time stated... Facebook comments show people warning about this scam ! Your ads yesterday and day before were for CatAnd Lamp... now the ads are from Vivianana with many comments that it is indeed a scam. This message appears to go to a name using Asian characters instead of Ukrainian characters... Your about me implied you were in the Ukraine... SHAME ON YOU ! Using misery and war to scam people
I see on Facebook they changed their name from CatAndLamp to Vivianana after I ordered a lamp and saw poor reviews Vivianana... The CatAndLamp link now goes to a page called Vivianana... last night it was still CatAnd Lamp...So I searched and found this page. In my PayPal dispute with Vivianana the message that links to this article and the snapshots I took from Facebook with the fraud comments was sent to a name that is all Asian characters and not Ukrainian characters as they seem to imply they are in the Ukraine >in the about us I read after my purchase !
Well I receive my lamp from cat and lamp company I've seen a lot of reviews saying that they have not received their lamp it's been 6 weeks a month 3 months and I never received it I just ordered mine September the 10th and they never gave me a delivery date
