ViralLights is classified as one of the doubtful sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

Its company’s address is not provided on its website. So it is clear that this site is trying to hide the information, hence we shall not trust such a company for the online shopping.

Copied content:

Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

This company is a scam. When you make a purchase, they charge your credit card monthly without informing you!

  2. It's q scam they charged me $50.00 for a product that never arrived and above that are charging me a monthly fee of $10.00 a month for no apparent reason at all! This is the third month I have been charged, I haven't been able to contact them through email, text or phone, so I guess I'm going to have to cancel my card!! I've never hated a company more!!!!!!!

  3. So I bought a product on friday and it's Tuesday Now and I still didn't receive my package from www. Viral lights. Com. If anyone who went through or going through the similar situation please contact me at 910-605-7548

I even talked to customer service and they knew my name and everything before I told them I believe it's only because they looked my number up and put it in the system and found out who it was. I don't know if that's a coincidence or not he didn't even give me a chance to ask what's my email or my name I just believe that's kind of fishy I need some input and advice.

Oh yeah one more thing FedEx said that they have the shipping label but don't have the package so what does that tell you? FedEx even said that the merchants still has the package is that even possible? Does that happen often?

I literally just ordered 3 x 3 rolls pack of their lights and when I put in my card info and pressed 'checkout' the page refreshed and said that my security code for my card didn't match the card - and yet the payment was still taken.

I immediately sent an email and also messaged them on Instagram and they were actively online and I didnt get a response so I had to call my bank to cancel the card and also put the payment into investigation to get my money back. So annoying.

Thanks for your comment! You’ve safe me a lot of money.

    2. I paid like 40€ for their Star Projector for shipping from the U.S. to South Africa and it never arrived. Tracking was sketchy, contacting the delivery company supposedly reshipped it but again - it never arrived. Definitely a scam!
