This company is not a scam. I've ordered at least 15 shirts from them, and have been more than happy with the results. Some things to know:
1) This is not high fashion. The shirts are generally thin polyester, and not of excellent quality. They are colorful, fun and cheap. I buy them for the unique and original designs, and I get lots of compliments on them. At an effective price of $15.00-$20.00 per shirt, I figure if I can wear them 8 or 10 times, I've had my money's worth.
2) They can take a LONG time to arrive, sometimes within a week, sometimes 5 or 6 weeks, and they often come in separate shipments, 1, 2 or 3 items at a time.
3) They do run a little small. I order one size larger than I normally wear. If I get one that's too small, I give it away. I wouldn't attempt to return a $20.00 item, as the shipping cost would exceed the value.
I have ordered from them a few times. great product, always get compliments on my shirts. I have @ 10 shirts and will continue to order. TRUSTED
I ordered and received within two weeks: four vibrant, beautiful pattern shirts at a reasonable cost. The material is thin but strong enough to withstand my 300-pound body. All stitching is good & has withstood washings & wearing. I get more compliments on these than any of the other 47 shirts I wear for work.
I ordered 2 shirts several weeks ago, and so far nothing has been received. I can’t find a phone number or contact address to ask what happened to my order. I hope my shirts will arrive soon.
Wish I had done more research before I placed an order for two shirts. They had been discounted by 70%, so I will only be out about
$35.00, but still a shame.

I get 2-3 spam messages a day from this site. Have it sent to spam folder, but still a hassle to deal with. Suggest everyone block it.
Real shame to hear about the problem after purchasing four shirts. I received notice that two were shipped and two is being processed. Will I ever get them?? My lord what have I done!!
I had to go to my bank and reverse charges as these guys are Swindlers to say the least! I got the feeling right away after contacting their customer service Team, or what it is of them, or he or she? Anyway these people are crooked and should be shot!
I returned 6 shirts to the return address on the packages because when i tried to call up a return lable on the computor it was flaged to late even though i returned it two day from receit
My credit card filled a claim but they told me they could not help me so i am out about 160.oo not counting postage. i learned my lesson
Scam, Scam, Scam. this company products are trash.
The stripes don't even natch up. Horrible craftmanship. Ordered a Large. Was made for a small Asian man. Have no idea about the material. It's like wearing a trash bag. Got it yesterday, returning it today. Avoid this trap.
I spent over $200 on some shirts for my husband who is an XL.. I ordered XXL because I was afraid they would run small.
When I received my order the shirts were so HUGE they had to be at least XXXXL
So of course I was stuck with their horrible return policy. It cost me $60 today to ship it back. ?

I made the mistake of buying several things...I wish I saw these reviews first, the sizing is not even close...avoid this company like the plague...lesson learned
AWFUL..... 3X in Milamode Land won't eve fit your cat.... and you'll wait nearly two months to find that out.... Did I mention... AWFUL
I get the feeling that the clothing is sewn in somebody's backyard, or made by slave labor.
Watch out for sellers with:
1: no reviews
2. bad return policy
3. sizes like 8x (means sizes are small )

I should have done my homework. I now have complaints with Milamode through the Better Business Bureau and PayPal. I've never seen a company with less care or customer service. 2 of 4 shirts too small even though they all say XL. Trying to return them is a nightmare!! They tell you YOU have to pay to ship it to China, even though they also have a San Francisco address.
They don't stand behind THEIR wrongly labeled sizes!
Ordered four XL shirts - two were smaller than XL even though the tags read XL.
HERE IS THE PROBLEM - To ship the 2 smaller shirts back to China costs about what the shirts cost, so no true "refund" there.
To discourage me from returning the two shirts, I was actually offered a 15% discount of my next order!!
WHY would I order from Milamode again when they really don't stand behind THEIR issues such as improper Chinese labeling of USA sizes? ... To go through this again? NEVER.
It's going to cost ME more money to send them back, or have two shirts that are not XL... AS ADVERTISED!
It's a shame because this had become my favorite website for fantastic shirt designs, but BUYER BEWARE... It will probably cost you more money and a LOT of aggravation!

Terrible quality workmanship. Horrible return policies. Stay clear of this ripoff company. Be forewarned!
If I could give zero or negative stars I would. You are unable to file a dispute on BBB as the company never responded to the five they had from the end of 2020 shortly after their site was started on BBB. I just want to discourage others from falling into their tricks of ripping people off of their hard earned money and especially during these current times of a pandemic when people don't have that extra money to just throw away. They should be ashamed of such actions when all of us as human beings are just trying to survive during the last 2 years. Their sizing is nowhere near normal sizing, a XXL is more equivalent to a Medium, maybe a Large if you're lucky. This company know what they're doing when they ship you these poor quality products in the wrong sizes that you're not going to spend a ton of money and deal with customs for shipping to return them. They laugh in your face offering you a 15% refund like that makes a big difference for something you still cannot doing anything with except use it as a rag. What a joke! Nowhere on their website does it state that you will have to return items to China at exorbitant shipping costs and customs forms. This is clearly extortion, what a scam they have going. The ship from New York, charge you card from Raleigh GB and expect you to return the items to China. Seems like quite a shell game to me. The graphics on the shirts are not even good quality, they are all blurry showing obviously they used small graphics and over pixelated them for the shirts resulting in awful graphic reproduction. Their website makes the picture quality printed on the shirts look crystal clear. Hopefully people will continue to file reviews everywhere they can to get this company shut down. My bad for not reading the prior reviews before purchasing, I now know better in the future. But all of those reviews as well as mine will hopefully save some people this headache and being extorted of their hard earned money in the future.
Do not do business with Milamode. The shirt sizes are way too small. I contacted them about this and asked for a refund. They told me that for me to receive a refund I had to send the shirt back first (as if I was going to keep something that does not fit), at my own expense - and then they would process the refund. Company is in China somewhere. The shirt itself was made of cheap material, and not worth the price.

Totally agree with earlier comments. Products look great on website pictures, and turned out to be rags. Complete junk. Returning them to China would cost 50% of purchase price, plus given their shady way of doing biz, no guaranty of refund. Visa really fails me and refuse protection. Shame on both.

Please do not do business with this misleading (borderline dishonest) company.
The shirts I ordered were of poor quality and didn’t match the pictures.
The customer service is despicable and very slow to respond.
Their return policy is only a way for you to loose most of your payment.
Do your own diligence before buying anything from this company.
Agree with others who have commented: this company scams customers. They sent me a shirt that didn't match the depiction of the one I ordered. When I tried to sort out the problem with their "customer service," all I got was a run-around. Milamode is a disreputable company that doesn't deliver what it advertises. The only recourse you will have if you deal with them is to pay with a credit card and put the charge in dispute with your credit card company. Save yourself frustration by shopping for shirts elsewhere.
Terrible quality workmanship. The stitching is horrible. Sizes are not what they appear. I usually wear large but ordered XL just to give some extra room. All the shirts I received were at best mediums (but marked XL) Too expensive to pay shipping back for a return to China. Embarrassed to even give away to smaller relatives due to the poor stitching.
They are a scam you order and pay for five items they will send you two that too of poor quality, customer service would gain time if at all they respond by saying wait for 15 business days and then they stop responding, never buy from Mila mode its a rip off.
Mila-Mode is a completely unhonest, fraud company. My first review of their online catalog on 05/28/2021 resulted in my selection of 3 items (2-shirts and I short) which I placed in my shopping cart with the intention to complete my order and pay a week later, but Mila-Mode without my authorization billed me and shipped 2 of the 3 items to me with-out my formal order authorization. When I did receive 2 of the 3 items (1-shirt and 1-short) although I ordered size L, they were very small and appeared to be cheap and flimsy quality-wise. The third item (1-shirt) was out-of-stock, which I still have not received as of 06/22/2021. Stay away from this company because their customer service department is backward and confuses and miscommunicates all order information and plain out does not know what they're doing! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
Purchased several shirts and shorts from this Chinese company. I am a size 2xl but ordered 4xl because reviews said the clothes ran small on milamode. After several weeks I received the order and was shocked at how small they were. My son who is a large could barely fit in them! When I contacted customer service they said I would have to pay shipping back to China with no guarantee they would receive the return package! The other option was to accept a 15% discount. They clearly mislabel and sent the wrong clothing and I am out about $100. Beware of this scam company!!!
MILAMODE is nothing more than a scam and a con. You order and pay for items and they send you whatever they have in stock regardless of the size and either you accept it or get a percentage off if you ask for a refund. I refuse to be played and if you deal with this company you are on your own and it's your own fault if you get scammed.
