I have received 3 different leggings from vikibody, the products are extremely see through and the sizes are smaller than advertised.
I have contacted them to return the product but they are refusing to except the return and refusing to refund me even though their policy states that they do accept refunds.
I am left with these leggings and I can not wear them

DUDE I’ve been so frustrated! I even contacted Snapchat and told them they probably shouldn’t place their ads on their app anymore. I’m FRUSTRATED. Their tracking wouldn’t update, I didn’t know where my leggings were, I couldn’t get a clear answer. Eventually they told me I REQUESTED A REFUND!!! In which I sent them BACK the email and sent and they apologized and said when your refund comes back order them again! WHAT?! If you go to their Facebook page literally three months people have waited for these. Do NOT get them. SHEIN is actually an amazing app, just look at reviews, 2-3 weeks max from China with shipping. No I’m not just here to support shein, just genuinely comparing the two businesses..... one’s professional and one isn’t. This has to be a scam, and I’m not gonna stop until this websites gone.
finally. a place i can b****! i’ve been in contact with a “customer service rep” from this place for days. i ordered 3 pairs before christmas and paid for the more expensive shipping. i was told sunday they were trying their hardest to hurry up the delay, i can track them now, but turns out the leggings are still in CHINA! i sent an email saying i want my money back and no response yet. i will never ever buy another product from these guys as long as i live, what a joke. very very disappointed
It's a scam I have sent 5 emails and two came back saying we are sorry the items will come and because of covid will take longer. My two leggings have yet to come and it's been a month and they stop responding to my emails
I too ordered 4 pair of leggings on January 10th. It's almost a month later and my card was charged $50. And i have yet to receive my leggings. I believe this may be a scam. I'm more so disappointed in myself.
I ordered several leggings from Viki Body back in January and have never received anything. They have sent emails saying they are on the way. LIES!! Now they don’t even recognize the order number. When I tried to send an email to the support email it would not go through!!! SCAM. Do not order anything from them. Also beware of other names they are using. The websites have the same models and leggings on!!

I’ve recently ordered from Vikibody on January 11 2021 a pair of leggings and I’ve never received them I emailed the company twice and told them the situation regarding my order stating that I received an email saying my package was delivered but the USPS company said they didn’t see any packages for me for that day and to contact the company so I did and they told me that it’s still on the way and I’ve emailed them a 3rd time and they never replied I’m very disappointed with how this played out and also they have no number that you can call which is very strange and I left my number with them multiple times to contact me ASAP but never received a call

To the one named Precious and said to be a customer service manager,I have an order too that had arrived in Chicago on the 26th but failed to be delivered now. A customer service rep by the name of Ms. Clayton has been answering my emails and told me delivery will take 9-11 days even if it arrived already nine days ago?,And yes am surprised too that this product came all the way from China and not here in US.
Since using there website my card number has been used to purchase things I haven't purchased over a thousand dollars worth. I haven't used my card on anything out of normal except for that.

I've written now and I'm searching for a phone number. I'd like to know the status of my order. Placed on 12/17 for 5 pair of lined leggings, black. 1 small, two medium and two in between. I can't remember the gradation but it was on the smaller size. $70.00 charged to my Visa.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings January 17th and here it is February 10th and still have not received my package!! I am livid!! This has to be a scam and best believe I will smear this “company’s” name all over social media for scamming me and others!! It’s been well over the “18 day process, you’ll get your package” bull!!!
