What is VideoGameCo us?

It is an online shopping store that is selling products like Nintendo SWITCH GAMES, ACCESSORIES, PLAYSTATION 5, PLAYSTATION 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

VideoGameCo is listed under the fraudulent category because of the following loopholes on its website:

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling various products like PlayStations, Xboxs, etc. at heavy discounted rates that none of the legit stores can afford to offer even on Black Friday. You should know that legit online stores can offer such heavy discounts only on very limited numbers of items for Black Friday but not on lots of products like this online store is claiming.

Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple scam sites such as VideoGameCa, Mayattab, VideoGameUs, VideoGamecc, Hseyuv, EnjoyBuyClub, Mercnh, Kuammet, Qerwcn, NintendoSwch, Aetojm, Game-TopsClub, Garbany, IBuyGamesShop, Rowthof, CoolGamingShop, IhomeGameShop, GameTops, VideoGamesta, Peisoulnese, Haresatinbuy, VideoGameB, VideoGameMdb, etc.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

NOTE: These kinds of sites are found to be changing their website name as well as whole content of their website from time to time. So, the following review is based on the details provided on its website on aforementioned date. If you find any other details than what we have provided on this review later, then that means this online store has changed its details. However, that still makes it a suspicious site.

Good Luck!

  1. I ordered an Xbox one from this site for my son for Christmas because our crashed on us. I tired emailing like 4 different emails that I found for them. But I haven’t gotten anything from back them. My bank told me I pretty much won’t get a refund because they like us to go threw the website we bought from, and get it from them. That’s kinda hard to do when you can’t any right emails or a responds from any of them.

  2. They don't have a support email. My mom placed and order and then tried to cancel it after reading more about the site online. She emailed their "support" and immediately got an error message saying "the remote server is misconfigured" and the message was not sent. She luckily paid using PayPal, so she is working with them to get her money back.

  3. They completely scammed me. They have an address on their website (1026 West Marietta St NW, Atlanta, GA 30318) right next to a prison. I don’t think this is a legit address. I also can’t access any of their social media or email them and I tried to contact PayPal for fraud but they didn’t do anything about it. Lost $100. Do not buy from this website.

  4. I'm hoping I'll be able to get my money back by calling my bank and complaining the seller is fraudulent. I made my purchase from this site 10 hours ago when I saw the cheap price ($89) for an Oculus Quest 2 on the immediate first page of Google just from searching the single word Oculus. It was the fifth item in the horizontal scrolling shopping search results that Google automatically displays in the mobile browser when you are just doing a normal search for websites. There were 3 shopping suggestions in that very short list of results that were sub $100. 3 of them. Why would Google show that many fraudulent ads right away from doing a normal web search for a popular tech product? Don't they have the most talented software engineers on the planet making sure their search engine isn't completely worthless? I haven't at all been keeping an eye on what the price of VR headsets are and so I didn't even suspect that the price was too good to be true. The 3 sub $100 listings sitting right there on the gosh darn front page gave a very strong impression that what I was seeing was a good deal while not being wildly out of the ordinary.

  6. yep I purchased the Oculus 2 all in one VR I received a confirmation email but no delivery date so I tried to contact them thru their "social media icons" on their page that all came up an error so I gueess my $89.99 is gone it was for my son.?

  7. I am pretty sure they got me. I ordered a Nintendo switch with a Mario Kart game and they never sent me any sort of confirmation email. I took a screenshot of the purchase confirmation however when I try to contact their support email I receive a response email immediately saying that the remote server is misconfigured and relay access is denied. There's absolutely no other information accessible on their website that would allow me to contact them. It's quite upsetting because it was a gift for my children for Christmas.
