This is against store policy, so we have decided that we will compensate you with a voucher. The value is obviously quite high because the matter took so long to solve. But you don't need to worry about that YOURNAME, it's our pleasure because we value you as a customer. What I need from you now is that you validate your email address youremailaddress@domain.com by replying to this email.   2. I got this one around the middle of January but I only gave a second email address. So far I have not felt any further intrusion into my Internet connections. Has anyone tried contacting the authorities or going to visit the physical address to see if there is a business at the heart of it or if they know there address is being used.
