I can definitely and without any doubt, confirm that these people are total scammers and must not be contacted for any purchases. The merchandise offered is not available and you will ALWAYS only receive a 10 dollar Casio. When you complain they will offer 15% of your money as a refund and tell you to keep the Casio. If anyone is visiting their premises, I'll pay for the gasoline...............
they are using this email for their payments on Winling.shop as well as Whitegoose.store their paypal account is linked to this email. I had the same situation except ordering a pentesting device (I.T. ) related. they spoofed a listing on their site of a product that I found out later hadn't even been released from it's kickstarter project and had been only slightly altered from it's stock photo. The company dragged me on for 3 months and tracking would start again after each inquiry then stop again. 3 months later after my 5th or so inquiry it started again and arrived only to be a nickel and dime video game that's probably worth about a couple of bucks. Filed claim with Paypal. I don't know how this site and their paypal account is still working for them. Claim found in my favor. Save yourself time and immediately file a claim with Paypal, any company affiliated with these guys will only try to scam you further or offer partial stupid refunds to keep the junk and ignore anything reasonable.

They use on behalf of brand stores and all the time the place of the ordered watches, send their fake and cheap Casio 5146 watches. And they use stereotyped answers, well, it’s supposedly a warehouse error.
Bought a stainless steel mechanical watch and received a fake G-Shock. Paypal was somewhat helpful, told me it's the first they've heard of this but from what I'm reading here seems like it's nothing new.
I too received an e-mail back from the vendor asking me to send the watch back and that I would get refunded once the watch arrived, but they added a rather amusing comment: because of the ongoing pandemic the watch may get lost in transit!! So I'd be essentially gambling my refund.
And like other reviews, I was also told it was a warehouse mistaske.
It's all a scam. They know very well people won't pay to have the watch shipped back. Best we can do is propagate awareness.

yes, they are a scam. they will ship you the wrong item & say it was a Wearhouse mistake. If you bought using PayPal dispute the charge and tell them they are using a fake address. hey will also claim if you ship tings back they might be damaged(more lies)

The watch is completely different, it is not worth buying
We purchase a the THE RAEL CAR ENGINE ANIMATION WATCH on 29 March 2021 and tracked the delivery all the way until it landed in South Africa... however because it was an unregistered parcel I couldnt track it 100%.. We started loosing hope in actually receiving the parcel after a month had gone by... until we eventually received an sms from our post office letting us know there was a parcel for us...
Awesome news.... or so we thought... brought the parcel home only to find when we opened it that we had been sent a Casio G-Shock watch... completely different watch, looks nothing like the one we ordered and the packaging was a little destroyed.
Not sure whether to be happy that the parcel arrived or be 100% annoyed that I cant even contact the company other than via email, which doesnt seem to help much because no responses have been received

Denk dat het meerdere rondjes om de aarde moet maken om uiteindelijk in Heraklion aan te komen. Zal nooit meer aankomen en geld weg!!!!! Indien u iets wenst te bestellen bij dit soort schorem, denk er dan eveneens aan dat zij gebruik maken van een groot aantal verkoopsites met alle mogelijke prachtige namen. Allemaal één pot nat en minderwaardig tuig.
