What is TutuNana.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling clothing and fashion products like dresses, tops, bottoms, swimwear, sets, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have classified TutuNana to be a doubtful site because of the following reasons:

Contact Address:

It has provided the company's address on its Contact Us page as Shanghai Badass Piggy International Trade Co., Ltd.: Building 2, No. 293, Weichang Road, Jinshan District, Shanghai (Jinshiwan Economic Zone). However, there is no business with name TutuNanaFancy or Shanghai Badass Piggy International Trade Co., Ltd. that has been mentioned on or around this address, instead, there is another business with name Wofa Machinery Manufacture has been mentioned there. It hasn't provided the contact phone number. So we don't recommend this site for any kind of online shopping.

Although its provided address is from China, on its Terms of Service page, it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. How can a company from China be governed by the laws of the U.K.?

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Furthermore, a lot of content as well as the website theme matches with the other similar type of suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on all the above facts, we have come up with the conclusion that TutuNana is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. I ordered 2 blouses in size 3x. They were ridiculously small. Freddie was very accommodating and sent the 2 in 5x… which wasn’t any better. When I complained & asked for a refund, I was told “they should be fit.” That was the last communication I had. I’ve gone to my credit card for a refund. I am 100% dissatisfied.

  2. I game them a bad review because I ordered 9/5 and it didn't arrive until 9/25/2021 and I thought I had been scammed. It did arrive and my daughter lovse it.

  3. I ordered a top from them and it took about 4 weeks to get here. At 2 weeks I emailed customer service and they said they were short-handed but that it was "on the way." Thing is, once I received it, it really was a lovely item - well made and exactly what I'd wanted, but a little small. SO - yes, I reordered it in a larger size and now I'm again two weeks in with no shipping confirmation yet received. I went to their website, expecting to find that they are indeed located in China and that's why shipping takes so long, but instead I saw this:
"TUTUNANA is a large upcoming COZY women online boutique with small business soul. Our warehouse is centrally located in California." There's also a story about how it was her "lifelong dream" to open her own boutique, and now she and her sister as well as her fiance have quit their fulltime prestigious jobs to run Tutunana.
However, at the BOTTOM of the "About Us" page, it says:
    Company Name: MAYLERESCAPE LIMITED
Company Address: UNIT G25 WATERFRONT STUDIOS 1 DOCK ROAD LONDON UNITED KINGDOM E16 1AH
Very strange. Don't believe there's ANY connection to California. Why the need to lie? Like I said, the top I ordered (and eventually received) was really very nice...

  4. I've been scammed by this place. $123 I paid them for tops. It's been a month and between back and forth correspondence with them telling me my tops have shipped, they actually haven't. They blocked my email this last time, so I am out $123. My own stupidity for trusting this place.
