To get a refund, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you have paid via PayPal, then open a dispute via your PayPal account.
Same here as it popped up on my fb. After I placed order, I decided to research further and found out it was a scam and also notified my bank. Now I have to wait for a new debit card. Another lesson learned -- if it is too good to be true, it is. I appreciate those that expose these scammers. I'll repost on my fb before others fall prey too.

Trendzbo the pop up on my Facebook and they were selling AC unit after I put the orders I found out they are scam, I call my bank to notify them,
Facebook should be responsible for that because they put the ads for them on Facebook platform.
