What is Toppoparts .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling various products like shapewears, sports goods, women's clothing, men's tops, chest patch, innerwear, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have listed Toppoparts as one of the problematic sites because of the following drawbacks on its website:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address as COOBUY LIMITED Office No.352 Manchester Business Park, 30000 Aviator Way, Manchester, Lancashire, England, M22 5TG on its Terms of Service page and that is also by taking a screenshot of the address instead of directly writing the address on its website. Normally, the scam sites provide their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google.

Not only that but lots of details provided on the its website match with the scam sites operating under Qandies Limited. So, it looks like COOBUY LIMITED is another company operating by the same group or they may just have provided the random company name which belongs to another company. Either way, it is definitely not a good sign. Besides this address is used by other problematic sites like Antasie, Fasliya, Letstylenow, WoodUnder, Suitmens, Fairkaly, Realrys, Edulana, HatsParadise, Westkaly, Redstony, Lenasale, Wearnart, LadyLalay, BeautyMamo, BeOutfits, Sinceluck, Subchloe, Xingxyz, LucyCloth, Binyio, Yingyy, Melancen, MildStyles, Bellajewelr, Reziy, Shiccno, TimeBroadcasts, UsOutletsShop, LiterTree, Luxleko, Woodbests, etc. Thus, we shall not trust this site for any kind of online shopping.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name and address COOBUY LIMITED, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Likewise it has mentioned the website domain name of another website rather than its own on its Terms of Service page i.e. Zinpurple but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if they have any.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned facts, the conclusion can be drawn that Toppoparts is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. OMg waste of my time and money that I will never get back - scam! Beautiful pics of a coat, shirt and pants…what I received was junk - not wearable - way too small - cheap material - so disappointed- and to return to China? Lol what a joke. They know what’s going on and are getting away with it- it makes me angry! Toppoparts Should be shut down!

Toppoparts is a fraudulent website. Products are intentionally misrepresented in the photos and nothing like those that are delivered. BEWARE

  3. We stupidly ordered 8 "Canisters with attitude" thinking that we would receive some sort of ceramic or stone wear product. Their advertisement mentioned a "kiln" and the "little crystals explode in the kiln." If these cheap plastic pots got anywhere NEAR a kiln, they would melt into a blob.
I've asked for a refund - their promises directly from the advertisement are: "We will do WHATEVER it takes with outstanding customer service support to assist everyone as we highly value our customer satisfaction with absolute ZERO risk.
We make sure that every customer is 100% satisfied in every aspect!
If you are not satisfied with receiving the goods, you can apply for a refund. this is directly from the website "
I'm sure that they will try the standard 20% unless I ship this crap back to them. Luckily, I saved the address in California from where they cam (via China.) Will see if that helps......

I'm right there with you. These places need to be shut down permanently. The return policy is suspicious as well, consider this: ***6. Please send the item(s) back to us through a local mail office instead of express services like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX.
(If you choosing one of the above-mentioned fast deliver options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process.)

I'm surprised Pinterest allows them to advertise on their site.

This site is definitely a scam with their misleading pics, you receive nothing like the pics or the descriptions. I was looking for something unique to give to my grandsons for Christmas. I ordered 3 different lifesize posable goblins, what I got was 3 same black rubber dolls, and less than 12" doesn't come close to lifesize. Another item was supposed to be a sitting goblin with fake hair and clothes, what I got was a cheap ceramic with tacky white paint for hair and painted on clothes, nothing like the pics shown in their ad. Return policy puts the expense back on the shopper but pay close attention to the suspicious explanation at the bottom of the returns policy. 6. VERY VERY CONCERNING...never heard of local mail being preferred over the normal shipping process...why's that...their explanation doesn't jive.

  6. I ordered couple of items from these people and one of the item was not working. I called them and they asked me ship the item back to china. The cost of sending back was more than the item itself. Customer service is really bad. Never order any items from this toppoparts or Pinterest.

Had the same wreath problem contacted toppoparts and was offered the standard 20% refund but I insisted on returning it for a full refund they said it had to be returned to China so that's what I did and took the hit on the postage .got my refund would never ever ever use them again ?

    1. I also had wreath situation. What appears in the ad is nothing like what was finally shipped!!! Cheap and tiny. Very disappointed. Will never ever ever orders from these people again

Toppoparts - ordered 3 wreaths and when they arrived I was astounded! Cheap in appearance and about 1/3 the size shown on the photographs online.
    This company is a scam!!!

    1. Thank you. I was going to order a wreath for 4th of July. The add shows Martha Stewart holding a beautiful wreath in front of two beautiful front doors. If that design was Martha’s it’s a copyright violation and the wreath would have had a much higher price tag than the discounted $35.00 Toppoparts was offering.

I received my wreaths today, I ordered the extra large fall grapevine and extra large Christmas grapvine wreath. What pieces of junk I am so disappointed, they are about than 12 inch wreaths and look nothing like the pictures of the big beautiful wreaths held by a woman. I will go to Pinterest and show pictures of what I received, Facebook and where ever else I need to. Items listed on my credit card are I have emailed the company asking for info how to return as no paperwork was received with the items.

In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item, which will definitely have less weight than the item you order. Show these details to the bank, credit card company, or PayPal. People who had provided this information to the bank, credit card company or PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank, credit card company, or PayPal.

      Good Luck!

I just received 2 wreaths and 2 witches hats. All items are the cheapest and ugliest items I have ever received!!!! I would like a full refund and instructions on returning these items. Your descriptions and pictures are total lies . Wreaths are ugly plastic and hats have ugly plastic on them also totally misrepresented. So very dissatisfied.

    1. I ordered clothing and I took several days to decide if it was safe to purchase from them not knowing where in the world the merch was coming from. I saw the advertisements on Pinterest for months now and they had many really cute linen tops and pants. Being on Pinterest I figured it must be a viable company. Ok I placed an order and purchased a summer dress, pant, three tops (one had matching shorts). I got them Sunday they were delivered to my door. I opened them and the dress was the only thing I could keep. I purchased larges on all items not knowing what the real product was going to be like and thought I can alter big but I can't small. Well the pant didn't even have a size tag in it but it was obviously a petite small, the top with the shorts were too small, and the other two tops were very small. I didn't have to put anything on because I could see it would not work.
I write the service email address for the return and asked for a return address so I could sent everything but the dress back for refund. All I have received is a run around and not to send to the address on the shipping label because the address for the return is in China but they didn't give me the address. So I'm out of pocket $140 dollar with cheap badly made things. Also in their reply they said they would refund me 20% of my total without me returning the product or I could sell them myself...like I don't know anyone that would pay a dollar for any of it. So I wrote them back and we shall see what they respond to my 4th email. Its funny that they give you 14 days from delivery to return unwanted items but they take days to respond with no information that one can use!

I will go to Pinterest and write a review with pictures as well as Facebook/Instagram/Twitter as well. I'll also, if I can find contact information to Pinterest, so they will remove their advertisements.
