What is Toponeau .com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling various products like Pants Edge Shorten Self-Adhesive, Universal Detachable Zipper Puller, Sucker Toys – Family Interactive Toy In 2022 (1set/9pcs), Metal Repair Glue (A&B), Stainless steel straw spoon, INIM® Easy Masking Tape Applicator, Car Fuel Tank Sucker, Embossed Golden Dragon Watch, Magnetic Ear Studs, Delicate Long Earrings, Shoes Whitening Cleansing Gel (A Making Tape Free), Pajamas, Innerwear, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Toponeau / Toponel is classified under the suspicious category due to the following drawbacks on its website:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address on its Terms of Service and Contact Us pages as Supic Company Limited: 85 Tottenham Court Road, Greater London, Greater London, W1T 4TQ. This is a company registered at UK Companies House. You should know the fact that there are multiple scam companies registered from the UK Companies House. Actually, it is very easy to register a company in the UK Companies House by providing the virtual address which you can rent from the virtual address provider services as well as by providing the third person identities. Even you can register a company in the UK Companies House without a big hassle. Moreover, let’s tell you that there are several other suspicious and problematic websites that are operating under Supic Company Limited such as Vvigirls, Socialsad, Teesbruder, Pinklaura, LifeLiveCenter, MelusiShop-Diy, Tandemhyw, Ratued, Fluctuatce, Blosisom, Checkxi, FlightGreat, OutdoorOur, Housewory, Standupme, Boomeriy, Grainog, Osirissys, Thetahyw, CdcdttShop, Fuunbuy, Cstwire, Withinto, FirdShop, Tiesch, Flashoodie, MajorHomeShop, Singdore, UkonDeals, Lifopere, etc. So it is clear that this site is trying to hide the information, hence we shall not trust such a company for our online shopping.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name and address Supic Company Limited: 85 Tottenham Court Road, Greater London, Greater London, W1T 4TQ, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

Its email address i.e. 1977374224@qq .com is not related to its domain name.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of Norton on few Product Details pages and VeriSign, etc. on its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites. Its About Us page is also similar with multiple other sites like Hemomac, Onelane07, Fablepace, Clearance-SaleShop, AmeliiaShop, Bantoli, Teyou, Pumpkinbuy, Landscapet, FunFootwearTop, Searchaftern, Gustion, Picasloop, SmlzhStore, SmmessLtd, Lpkjsmall, UtebehiShop, Einkaufenes, Eyeslily, IncerunShop, Handshek, Classicsens, Wnderhours, Roseleven, LifeLiveCenter, Petrichom, Kindlyf, Jowelo, SightPoint07, Outwardlys, etc.

Its domain name i.e. Toponeau .com and website name i.e. Toponel are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and the same website name is also mentioned on its policy pages instead of its domain name which occurs due to a copy-paste error of contents.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering all the above stated facts, we can draw the conclusion that Toponeau / Toponel is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !
