Jowelo complaints Jowelo fake or real Jowelo legit or fraud | De Reviews

Jowelo is classified as one of the fraudulent sites because of the following facts on its website:

Contact Information:

Its email addresses i.e. Sersoppor@gmail .com and kaituy@gmail .com are free email addresses but not its domain specific ones.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at unrealistic cheap rates that none of the legit stores can afford to offer even on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple scam sites. Its About Us page is also similar with multiple other sites like SightPoint07, Outwardlys, Sdfew3, Mojitobuy, JiemaowwShop, Xiangteem, Doremibuy, Buyzkgear, Remoteasys, Promoixt, Retrozzle, Mallaware, SpellEternity, Marnipets, Cooltoop, SnapRainbow, Tomboybuy, Freshwized, KeenInquire, 5Gdidi, MaisionShop, Youngisty, Saucedies, BigBoatAccessories, HereraveShop, NbcfsdtrTop, etc.

Its domain name i.e. Jowelo and website name i.e. Flatsome are different. Its website name is the name of the theme that it is using. This makes clear that it is a very unprofessional website, since legit stores always replace the theme name with their own domain name.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund and Returns Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

As per the aforementioned facts, it can be said that Jowelo is one of the scam websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. Received fake Ray bans today. The email address links back with this company. I don't remember ordering from them and doesn't look like any money has been taking out of account as of yet. What's the scam in this case?

  2. I got scammed by
    sersoppor@gmail .com
email address with Bipoga. When I searched up the email address in Google it also came up with company names of Siwopa and Hagube.
I ordered a Christmas lawn decoration and received a pair of cheap glasses. When I emailed them they said my original order could not be sent but I could keep the glasses and they would keep my money. When I told them this was unacceptable they offered to give me 10 percent of my money back.

    1. Thanks for letting us know about Siwopa and Hagube.

In your case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item, which will definitely have less weight than the item you order. Show these details to the bank, credit card company, or PayPal. People who had provided this information to the bank, credit card company or PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank, credit card company, or PayPal.

      Good Luck!

  3. I received a fake pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. I never received the item I ordered… Nothing but a bunch of scammers. I canceled my card so no other charges could be put on it…..

  5. Just like other complainants, I ordered 2 EV vehicles and got Ray-Ban sunglasses which I will wear. Definitely had my hopes set on the electric scooters. I am 76 years old and have difficulty walking these were going to be such a help.
