  1. All the above is the exact same for me...shame on me for being an idiot...I'm so sick of these chinese companies...it's awful how they run with your $$ and get away with it....Hope everyone didn't lose too much...sleep well scammers!!!

    1. Wowsers! I got the exact same email sequence.
      But after 30 days I requested a chargeback on my credit card which was granted.
      I hope everyone requests a chargeback which should put the scammers out of business

    1. Hi Tom I myself have been scamed only twenty nine pounds but its not the point. When I complained that the item I ordered have not arrived I got the exact email from them as you did. I saw there advertisement on Facebook so you think it's legitimate I think social media like Facebook should make sure they are genuine companies

  3. Beware "lingdashitong" another false company. Queried my order received 4 emails blaming the logistics company, but not naming them. Product was losr, delivered to wrong address, delayed in shipping etc etc. Now ofered me a replacement but I have to wait but they will send me a new email with shipping details. Yep they are a scam.Very much doubt if CC will chase them up. Watch your CC for added sales. June 2023.

  4. I am having the same trouble with this company. I have ordered and I have not received yet and they have sent me five different tracking numbers and every one of them has gone somewhere else and not to me. I do believe this is a scam and will be contacting my credit card company.

  6. I have had the same problem with toolvista as most of you. But I have decided that since I can’t get my money back. I will take it in trade. Every time I get a text, I forward all the info back to them. Starting with the original text. I screenshot every new tracking number and its destination. I add it to the others and resend it back. I enclose all my comments, all their replies even the pages that say it was received and is being reviewed. And yes, I always have some choice words for them. I think everyone who has ordered from them should do the same. Just be maybe if we fill up the incoming mail with all of our complaints. They are the ones that ask if we would be so kind to share our experience with them on their social advertising. As for me, I will continue to inquire about my order everyday

  7. I ordered a raised bed from this company for my garden several months ago.
    Three times now they say it has been delivered via DHL, yet Dhl say the delivery number had no reference to me. They couldn’t discuss the tracking number with me because of the lack of identifiable information.
    The emails come from a company called ‘lingdashitong’
    Wish I’d used a credit card to pay for this then at least I would have stood some chance of getting my hard earned money back.
    This is how China has so much money.

    1. Stephen, I have been texting them everyday as well as sending photos of all correspondence between me and them. By the time I get through sending all of just the photos (I think it is up to 60 photos now) it takes 3 messages just for them. And of course my reply takes at least 2. So everyday it increases more. The last two I received yesterday and today, they said they are canceling and are going to give a full refund. I’m not holding my breath. But at least it gives me more to text back to them. From what I have read, it is a good thing I did not pay by credit card. It seems they reuse the card info and charging with it again without approval. Above I said that all their customers should do the same and keep sending them text back and provide pictures. They have given me 4 different tracking numbers that were suppose to be on my order. DHL provided me on the first one a picture of the package as well as a picture of the package in front of the actual door. (I lucked up getting this person’s help). On the other 3 toolvista sent me the tracking numbers. So when I pull it up, I get where and when it was delivered, through each step. And yes, I take photos and add it to the collection.

  9. I ordered a portable fence, buy one get one free. It never came. I contacted customer service and they claimed they sent me a new set as mine was accidentally delivered to the wrong city and address however once again it never showed. When I contacted support because this time it says delivered to Ontario service area they told me to contract the shipping company DHL. I have and am waiting to hear back from them. I also emailed customer support again and demanded a refund as this is highly suspicious.

Update: I spoke with DHL and they said that the package that was delivered is not in my name and doesn't match my address so they can't give me any information and to talk to the selling compenny otherwise known as the sender. I contacted toolvista's customer support again and they fed me a song and dance, we're so sorry it was accidentally delivered to the wrong address for the second time. They said they would be happy to send it again to my original address for free and let them know if that's okay. I informed them that I understood they were scamming me now and that I was reporting it. That is the last contact I've had with them. I have also contacted my credit card company to cancel the charge.

  10. Same here ordered a garden fence tracking # fake delivered to somewhere else. When I sent msg, they told me I should check with delivery company, I told them it was there problem I didn't hire the delivery company, they did.i stopped payment through my card company.

  14. I did not receive my cleaning machine ,bought on 19th April informed shipped would take 7_15 ays last reported at Edinburgh still not received package through DHL I'm hoping this is not a scam as was bought in good faith

  15. Toolvista, your supposed to send me a self cleaning cat box!! Never came. For several days it said it was in Washington DC. Then it said delivered on the 25th of April. Then it said it would be delivered to me at the end of day 4/27 you guys are getting reported. It's ashame you take advantage!!!!
