They're a scam. I ordered a propane outdoor gas BBQ with a 48 inch grill, and they sent me a 10 inch aluminum pan with a 10 inch grill.
I also ordered an electric scooter and they sent me a 4 inch plastic toy. I am in the process of preparing a lawsuit against them
This is utterly ridiculous how do they get away with this ? I am so upset I ordered an ice machine for 39.95 plus shipping total 47.00 and some change. And they fricken sent me an ice shovel that is plastic saying that's what I ordered. They don't know who they are messing with. Like I would order a plastic ice shovel for 40.00.Omg I think I seen the add on Facebook so why would Facebook allow this advertise and steal people's money. ? Oh they haven't heard the last from me. Working with PayPal to get my money back.
So the money I just spent with them is gone, right? Is there a way to find a legit email address?
I also purchased something from the website. I paid with PayPal. I opened a claim to get my money back.
They have tons of websites with the email address provided. I also found they have a second email ( ivyfunk2018@gmail.com ). They also have ton of websites created with this email address.
I've done some research and they've been sending people crap items. Nothing to do with the items they have purchased.
They also have a couple of videos on YouTube of people talking about tom tome tops website being a scam. Which even the YouTube videos seem fishy.
I'll try to update as soon as I get a reply about a refund.
