I ordered this phone charger with suction($34.99), and it took me a month to get it.
I thought they were scammed because they didn't even provide delivery inquiries.
There was a no phone number just one email address.
I had to ask when the product would come via e-mail several times.
Then they replied once with a weird link. But I couldn't check it at all through that.
In addition, they even sent the wrong product which was without suction product ($29.99).
So I asked them to refund the difference or send the missing part separately cuz returning is a hassle.Then they said it is only possible to return the product. But I would not do that. The reason was ; If I return it, I don't know how long it'll take to get the item back and get the money back. Also, I’m not sure they'd take care of it properly if I return it cuz when I made a request, they didn't even say they were sorry for sending the wrong product. So I decided to throw away 5 dollars that I didn’t want to waste any more time.
I will never buy things on unverified sites like this again.
Total scam . Ordered 31 July. Received absolutely no correspondence after initial purchase email , even after numerous emails to their support team.
Lucky for me PayPal has refunded the full amount.(contacted PayPal after 21 days)

Peter Allen if you’ve paid through PayPal contact them for refund or your bank or credit card company no matter whether you get to talk to customer service or not at tintway. Just trying to help
