So, let’s begin with our Thunder Shop review.

ThunderShop complaints ThunderShop fake or real ThunderShop legit or fraud | De Reviews

Thunder Shop might be a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:-

# ThunderShop hasn't provided its company's address or contact phone number. It has only provided the return shipping address as "28308 Industry Dr, Valencia CA 91355" which is found to be an address belongs to an Advertising-Agencies & Counselors known as "Advantage Media" (source: whitepages.com) who has nothing to do with ThunderShop online store. So, it looks like ThunderShop has provided the fake return shipping address. However, every legit online store will provide detailed contact information, only scam online stores don’t care to provide the real contact information.

# Like lots of scam sites, the website ThunderShop has also poorly designed which looks similar to lots of scam sites. For example; its website theme is very untidy; it is offering a heavy discount rate on almost all items listed on its website which is too good to be true; it hasn’t secured its website properly and so on. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information can be stolen.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items.

# Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

# Actually, these days you can find lots of online stores which haven't provided any contact information or have provided the fake contact information such as Henryop, Suepas, Zarawn, Pranem, Expnm, Whalegot, Logmodels, Amawen, Turkenow, Luckwa, Newmuy, Zaloray, Wearule, Wewmea, Bayozo, Sheinse, Manzea, Sammaw, Morrisoh, Whynboshop, Zrevo, Dimenticarti, YourPetClub, MagicTranslator, Carfler, ChapelGadgets, JinnieStore, BFGlasses, CycloneBlender, VveoskLife, Annjolies, WhateverYouBuy, Eternaltube, IMShopSavvy, GetGotGotten, IHollyHome, Tumeyy, Loracmoon, Bloopzie, Swamay, ThekShoppingTVShop and so on.

  1. Ordered 2 rugs that r supposed to release dirt, mud, etc. before tracking into house. They were 39.99 each never received. Bugged them many times, site went offline. Never ordering from Facebook again?

  2. I ordered 2 separate items from them in Feb. Have seen neither of them and get no reply when I write them. Now their site has disappeared. Went to my bank and they tell me no refund because I waited to long to ask for one. The company is a scam but the bank was no help and I am very disappointed with their service.

  3. It's a scam operation folks! They scammed me $45 and after three months no masks. Evidently, they are located someplace around the Indian Ocean and specialize in sticking it to the unsuspecting people. They also disappeared from the Web. You are lucky if your bank or credit card company can reimburse you. Otherwise, claim the money you lost on your tax returns.

  4. I ordered 5 masks, cost me almost 171 dollars and I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone. I am extremely ticked at this not only because it looks like a legit business and I didn't get the masks but I lost that money and I'm on disability. I only get a set amount each month and that was about a third of what I get. I filed complaints with my bank, the BBB, and the FBI.

  5. Date of my order of N-95 masks is Feb 24, 2020. Haven't responded to emails, etc. Now that the mask is needed (ordered for something else), I hesitate to get another from someone else, just in case. But I'm really upset over this dishonesty. I have been scammed $60.

    1. You should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, then open a dispute via your PayPal account. Show them this review as a reference.
      Good Luck!

  6. We ordered a pair of N95 masks about 1.5 months ago. After about a month we sent an email to inquire about our order. Their response was that there was a large number of orders and the masks would be sent as soon as possible. A few days ago we asked to be reimbursed if they can not ship the masks. As of today, we are still waiting for a response. The order was placed Feb 26. We very much doubt that this is a legit operation, and we have no idea if there is a State or Federal Office that would investigate these people.

  7. Yes, same thing has happened to me recently with masks that I ordered at the beginning of Feb. No response to my e-mails asking where my order is.

      1. Same here, ordered flip egg cooker on Feb 16 and have heard nothing! My order was confirmed but no response! I’m hoping I placed order thru PayPal! I’m going to report them! I agree this is a SCAM company or individual! Lol

  8. Hi Have opened a new dispute through PayPal They have not started my order and will not respond to my emails See If they respond to PayPal now This company is connected to " SoFlo Marketing LLC"

  9. I am on the line with the fraud department for my credit card which I used to purchase storage shelves for my kitchen cabinets. Note that they call themself "Thunder Shop" but their e-mail address is "hello@thundeshop.org" no R in thundeR, very tricky, or deceitful. Pretty sure I saw their ad on Twitter. No more twitter purchases without reading reviews, like yours De Roka moving forward. Thanks for the service you provide.

  10. I ordered two medium comfy beds. Received confirmation of my order. Emailed them three times now with no response. I have already contacted my bank regarding this company. I have asked them to look into the charge from this company and start an investigation into the matter. We looked this company up on line and saw that there was 96% Bad reviews after the face. I have learned my lesson on trusting any company with any ads they throw my way during games. Absolutely disgusted with these type of people. Make it really hard for those actually legit online companies

  11. aww maan! ? it looks like i’m out 70 bucks for two “nebulights” and like now i should cancel my debit card and get a new one. i feel so dumb, i wish i’d researched this beforehand. i would like for them to get in trouble or shut down! thanks for the article and review, hopefully others won’t be as foolish as me, and will see this BEFORE making a purchase.

  12. I have so ordered products from them and used PayPal, I am very worried. I paid with PayPal. Can someone tell me if they can access my bank account and steal money from me?

    1. If you had paid via PayPal, then it is difficult for them to get your bank details. But, still, it is better you cancel your credit card and get the new one to be on a safer side.

  13. I am writing to report a case of scam and fraud perpetrated by "Thunder Shop". I ordered three "Flip Cookers" from this company based on an add while using Happy Color.

I received an order confirmation from Thunder Shop on December 17, 2019 (the date I placed the order) informing me that they were getting my order ready. That same day, they charged my credit card $53.87. The address they have for me is correct. On December 26, 2019 I sent an e-mail informing them that I had not received my order and let them know I expected a full refund, to which they responded that they required 4 to 6 weeks for an order to be received. I had to wait and so I did.

On January 13, 2020 I wrote to them again letting them know I had not received my order and I asked again for a refund. I informed them that by law, they had until January 16, 2020 to get the order to me or provide a refund. I also sent the Federal Trade Commission's wording concerning the responsibilities of a seller and I asked that they contact me. To date, I have received no response.

There have been several other contacts with them and each time I have held the position that they need to get the items to me or issue a refund. I have received neither so I am initiating the recourses available to me, beginning with reporting this to the police.

    1. In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.
      Good Luck!

    2. I ordered from Thunder Shop on February 24, they charged my credit card $46 and 2 weeks later I still haven’t received my order. Sent 3 messages requesting refund. No answer. I think I’ve been scammed!?
