Yes. I completely agree. I bought something from this website but at the time it was called godgood or something like that. The name keeps changing. They sent me the completely wrong item then refused to send the right item and i had to pay for shipping the wrong item back. In the end i settled for a 75% refund and kept the piece of crap item they sent me. Still waiting for the refund. Dont do it. Dont waste your time or money on anything they say they sell. You’ll get something else not comparable to what you paid for and then they’ll expect you to foot the return fees. Horrible company
Oh it's a scam alright. Reported to all fraud sites and getting refund thru paypal. I ordered (stupid me) a 4 in 1 solid wood cat wheel, I got a $1 cat toy. Emailed back an forth, they went from offering a 15% refund to 85%, then paypal said they would issue a full refund if I mailed item I did get back to them, in China, refund given after they get item. NO. The email sent after purchase listed item shipped as the cat wheel so I expect they would decline refund because I sent a cat toy back. The return warehouse address on the 10"x 8.5" soft envelope pkg toy came in show Jamaica NY, if I returned it would be to there. What they are hoping for is I would spend almost as much of the refund amount to sent item, there by I lose. Called paypal back after getting email and said I'm not send the crap cat toy to Chine, maybe NY and explained why. The girl ck'd paper work we sent them, all proving fraud, she said she filed in our favor and we don't have to mail anything back, will get full refund. Not calling her a liar but will believe it when it's back in bank. But....not done with this company. In the email it listed the company name as: Shenzhen Sanzhizhi Technology Co., Ltd. I looked it up and it's a tec company, no where describing cat wheel or other products they say they sell, no mention of Teheet company name. So I'm guessing they are stealing that company name, can't get on the teheet.com site anymore. They have tangled such a web around themselves that it would take some time to find the real company an address, but I will get them. They don't know who the ticked off, yet!
I was on Facebook market place looking at used cat wheels . During my search cat wheel came up sold by Teheet and others (teheet wasn’t cheapest)appeared to be what I was looking for and wouldn’t describe it as a “too good to be true purchase !” I ordered , paid PayPal . Was given tracking details on a link which now implies it’s been delivered it has not ..also a link to go to store .I sent email to the contact address have received no response . The link to go to the store takes me to “Godgoode.com” no cat wheels or similar on this site . Not sure anything else I could do . Have passed to PayPal as non received goods .
