I ordered product ever since June and still haven't received my products. I received an email from them saying that my package was delivered. It was never delivered and even the subject line in the email would have someone name in it. They emailed me back stated that they would give me back my shipping charges, which they did, but yet here it is November and I am demanding my complete money back. They are now sending pre-written emails back stating that my money will be refunded but it will take a while because they are so busy. I guess it's time to let it go and accept the fact that my money is gone.
In April of 23 I ordered almost $40 for a dress and a few pair of sandals and have never received the package. Should have know that the prices were too good to be true. This shopping was an ad on Meta FB and was made to look like a JC PENNEYS discount shopping site until I got to the payment end and Tegfold came up. I won’t be scammed agin by them.
I have also unfortunately put an order in a month ago with no box to be delivered. I will put the word out on Facebook to all my friends so they don't get scamed as well.
