So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I thought this was a legit women’s western clothing site. I ordered a red velvet blazer jacket in early October. No where on the website does it say the clothing is coming from China. Had I known this, I never would’ve ordered from the site knowing most these Chinese sites are scams. The tracking is also misleading as it only started tracking in Texas. It took weeks for me to get the blazer. I received it and it was TRASH!!! Paid $50 for a $2 piece of velvet junk. It was cheap, ugly, looked nothing like the photo, and wasn’t worth the money I paid. This website is scamming Americans out of their hard earned money. Thankfully, I purchased the blazer through PayPal and was able to get all my money back. Next time I will make sure to do my review research before ordering.
Tried to find out if they were a Chinese company as those companies have inferior fabric and a 2x would fit a person who wears a large.
They look beautiful in the picture and that is all.
I would give this website NO stars if I could. Under no circumstances should you order from this fradulent company! I never received my order and while they said they would refund my money, $131.75, they have never done so and have stopped responding to my emails. I was very patient in waiting for my order, but after tracking for over 2 months, it still showed that it was not received into the U.S. When I contacted customer service via email, they first stated that the order had been dropped off at my home but then finally agreed that it never had been. They then said I would receive a full refund in approximately10-20 business days. Again, I was very patient but it has now been over two months and I have never seen my money. They basically are thieves! They took my money without providing my order, and now, refuse to respond to my multiple emails. Under no circumstances should you order from this fraudulent company - stick with Shein! (I have only had very good experiences with Shein). This company will take your money and you will never receive your order! THEY ARE CROOKS!

I. like many . have gotten ripped off by this Chinese company who won't allow adequate returns on merchandise. I p aid thru Psy Oal and will send complaints to Pay Pal and hope they can intervene.
Don't buy from this company! They don't care about their customer's satisfaction.
If you have to return something, forget about it! Not going to happen.
We did receive all items but you can not return anything. Very unrealistic for clothing.
I ordered 2 items from taylorbeloved.com. It took over 1 month to receive them. I contacted them to return 1 of the dresses as it was very oversized. They got back with me within a day each time I emailed them. They offered me a 15% off coupon on my next purchase to just keep the dress. I said I would prefer to return it. They sent me an address in China to return. I will end of keeping it because it would cost a lot to return it. But I will not be ordering from them again.
I would caution against ordering from this company. The package came from Jane and an address in New Jersey, yet when I needed to return an item I was offered a 15% coupon for my next order instead. I was informed the international shipping to China is too cost prohibitive to send items back. Nowhere in their return policy does it state return shipping charges will be to China. Strange anyway since it came from New Jersey.
Terrible service. Clothing poor quality. Too 1 month to get order. Not true to size and poor quality. One of the items, the seam was not sewn, with a tag in the hole. I lost approx 150 dollar. Beware DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
This company is not what it appears, product they advertise are not what they send , poor quality and are not attractive, don’t buy anything from them, when you return you have to pay your shipping fee and it’s as much or more than what you bought!! Very disappointed ☹️
I just received two items of clothing claiming to be 100% cotton, but are in fact 100% polyester. To say I'm furious is an understatement. Of course I should have looked into the company first...

I ordered from this company and continue to get run around. No refund and no order. Their address is unknown and they only reply and or answer in the middle of the night.
I ordered 200$ worth of clothing. Paid for expedited shipping and it took 22 days to receive my order. Upon receipt I realized I'd been scammed as not one single item was close to looking or the quality they show on their web site. I'm currently battling with them for a refund. First they apologized. Then offered a $10 discount to use again at their store. They then told me return shipping costs were my responsibility, which I said was fine, I expected this based on research I should have done before ordering. Now they want to give me a 20% refund and a coupon code for my next purchase. And they blame the difference in quality and appearance in their photographers and lighting.
