Takeoy Scam Or Genuine Takeoy Review | De Reviews

Takeoy is found to be scam due to the following drawbacks:

  • Its parent company name “Supic Company Limited” is found to be used by multiple scam and problematic sites. You can find lists of sites using this parent company by searching Supic Company Limited within our website. Although, at the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name Supic Company Limited, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.
  • Its email address "info@striyos .com" is not related to its domain name.
  • The website theme and lots of other details provided on its website match with multiple scam sites. Its About Us page is also similar with multiple scam and problematic sites.
  • It has mentioned the website domain name of different website rather than its own on policy pages i.e. Striyos .com but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if they have any.
  • It has listed lots of products on sale at unrealistic cheap rates which is almost impossible for any legit stores to offer even on Black Friday or Cyber Monday, such as it is selling these products at unrealistic cheap rates -2 Person Foldable Camping Cot, Portable Outdoor with Sleeping Bag & Thick Air Mattress, All in One Elevated Camping Bed Tent for 2, Foldable Indoor Comfort Sofa Bed, FOLDING SOFA BED LEISURE RECLINER FABRIC BREATHABLE LAZY SOFA, ALL-IN-ONE Foldable Car Garage, Transformer Remote Control Folding Scooter, etc.
  • Social media icon linked to its business related social media page is not available. However, legit online stores mostly provide social media icons linked to their social media group, pages or profiles. So, it may not have a social media presence.
  • You can find lots of similar kinds of online stores with complaints about their product quality, delivery time, as well as about customer support.

Summary:

Considering all the above stated reasons, it can be confirmed that Takeoy is a scam online store.

  1. Put in a dispute to my credit card company and they credited my account the $45.00 I paid for the scooter. You only have 90 days to report it

  2. Well I did try to purchase the remote control electric chair but when I tried to contact them I have come to find it is in fact a SCAM

  3. I pride myself on being able to spot scams…. But I fell for this. Ordered the scooter, got a pair of gloves. I feel so damn stupid for getting suckered by this. It was a couple of months ago and I can’t recall the card I used. I should have known that an ad on Facebook was a scam. I’m so sorry that they “got” so many people. Now I will just have to wait and see if they empty any accounts.

  4. I fell pray to the folding scooter could not really afford it but it looked good I am in illhealth and can't get about this would have been ideal so angry i have lost this amount of money.

    1. I got scammed on the SCOOTER thing. Out $45.00
They keep telling me to contact my Post Office. THAT WAS 'NOT' MY ADDRESS !!
You can contact the Federal Trade Commission for help.
      THIS HAS TO STOP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. I also ordered the folding scooter and got the pair of gloves. My question is that the mentioned Walmart in that ad and Walmart does sell that brand of scooter. Shouldn’t Walmart have some liability in this scam?

  6. I too became captured prey to this crappy pos company. Sorry, I am disabled and thought I'd order the foldable scooter. Most of the time my gut instinct keeps me straight but I fell hook line and sinker! One reason I went on with this purchase is because I saw "Walmart FRIDAY sale in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Even so, I should have known it was too good to be true. After reading so many reviews on this fake company it looks like out government would step in and at least discuss this problem of China pulling money right out of the handicapped American seniors' bank accounts. We all know what is really happening here. Good luck to all of you. If I find out any "helpful" information for us all I will post it here.

  7. Foldable scooter costs me $60.00. Got 2 pairs of poorly made gloves. Lesson learned. I doubt I can get my money back. Shame that people take advantage of seniors and handicapped people

    1. If you used your credit card contact them to put the charge in dispute and refund your money. You only have 90 days, so don't wait.

  8. Oh wow, I should come here before I order the foldable scooter. I had a feeling it was a scamp, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I guess is a little bit to late for that now. Anyway, I'll contact my back and see if I can get my money back then.

  9. I ordered a recliner chair and a generator. I guess I've lost my money too. I'll reach out to my credit card people. If they can't help me get my money back. I'm glad it wasn't more $58.00 for those 2 items. I was gonna order the scooter too. My son said it's a scam. and to look up on google and see it's a scam. I'll do that from now on to see if the company is not a scam.

  10. Thanks for having this review before I ordered the scooter for my mother. I thought the price was too good to be true.

      1. Me too, my double amputee foster son really wanted this scooter so l ordered for him, and now l think it's a big scam. I ordered Dec 16th & no response to inquiry emails. Guess l will contact my credit card company!

    1. Sorry you also fell victim. I ordered the scooter on Dec. 14. Got the package today, a pair of gloves. I just got off the phone with credit card company after putting the charge in dispute.

    1. I?m very skeptical of this company. Was going to get the foldable scooter and it had PayPal listed at very beginning. So, I hit button to use PayPal and it wouldn't let me put in my user ID. It kept directing me to the pay page where I had to use a credit or debit card. Wanted the card number and name associated with it, date of exp and CCV number. No way was I going to give that information. Too bad, I was hoping it was a legit site and to buy goods.
Don't know if you purchased anything, so good luck getting your money back!
