I have ordered from them about two months ago and besides the confirmation I have not received any updates or tracking so I tried emailing multiple times with no response. Definite scam! Never trust them!
I placed an order, paid for it (13 June 2022). Email confirmation of the order received, but that is all! Email enquiries sent to support@supbien .com on the status of order are not responded to. I fear i have been scammed. Do not trust this site.

Don't bother trying to contact these crooks using their email address because it bounces right back; it is as fake as these liars, scams, and cheaters are. I don't know how we are to contact them but I have no faith I will ever receive my shelving unit. As far as their refunding policy goes, we can't get refunded for something that was never shipped. Beware of this business.
Ordered 2 - 4 shelf folding bookcases. April 8 2021. Have not received them. They do not answer emails. Received a small package with 2 tiny bracelets instead. Scam I guess.
I tried one of SupBien's multiple sites, Tefeiyu.com. The price did seem too good to be true, but I decided to give it a try. Ordered 2 weeks ago, and got a confirmation email. After that, I tried to email them, but no response. Their phone numbers listed on their FB pages are not real numbers.
