I believe it is a scam company. I ordered a couple of beautiful Xmas decorations. That arrived today. Nothing like advertising. Not 1 light on either tin cut out. Yes that's what I received 2tin cut outs of something I didn't even order.
Now waiting to hear back about my refund claim
I ordered a "handmade doll with clothes for a sale price of about 40.00 dollars an it has a tracking that got held up at customs around 21 days ago. Tried to email twice and got an address Un known message back.
This was a gift for my 4 year old grand daughter. Very disappointed that I was charged for the the doll. Never received it. Never received a refund or any response to my many emails. I checked delivery but the doll never came. Shame on you. Hope you enjoy my $55+. This is truly a SCAM and wish I could do more to shut down this operation!
I bought the 26’ Santa on Nov 30 2021. I tried contacting the company and finally got an email back from them saying it was shipped with a tracking number. Cannot open website to put in any numbers. I think it’s a scam company
