The label says 100% acrylic when the site said it would 100% sheepskin;
They said it would be in a box to avoid damage - it was in a bag and came crushed and creased out of shape;
Colour different than advertised;
Didn't realise it was a Chinese site - the pictures and videos suggest USA / Western;
Brim and band totally different.
Thankfully, PayPal refunded me. Hopefully they'll blacklist them.
