I ordered 3 empty chair ornaments. Yesterday received the pillows but words are not correct. Never got the chairs. Not happy. I lost 3 loved ones last year and really wanted to honor them. Guess I got cheated.
Well, after reading about specialmemory.net, I guess I got scammed. Now it's too late to get my money back through the bank. I really liked the statues, too. I am going to stop ordering on line because I'm too trusting. I will order through Amazon if I can because they always come through for me.
I ordered the moon lamp on 11-12-2020, it wasn't from this company ( or so I thought) I entered into a dispute with PayPal, after weeks of waiting for a decision PayPal informed me that the original company ( DANCEAGE) had proof of delivery! ( I questioned this matter as to where the delivery was received and got no explanation) Then on 21-02-2021 I received an email from Special Memory informing me the Moon lamp had been dispatched, needless to say I still haven't recieved it and after numerous emails I am still £30 out of pocket!
The tracking number is an absolute joke!
Never again will I order from an advert on Social Media, these people need to be stopped from what is basically theft ftom honest people, it's absolutely disgusting.
I ordered two FULL SET Creative Ring, Bracelet And Jewelry Box and etc.
After a very long time I just two valueless rings. My complaints where handled in a very endless time with the final message that I received what I ordered (even though I attached the original order email in my complaint) I lost more than 50 €. I will never order anything from Special Memeory again. They cheat customers.
I ordered a ring and bracelet puzzle box in nov of 2020 and their email says something about checking logistics. It says my package is stuck in indiana but i know im not getting it. Plz dont order from this company.
I order a moon lamp Dec.26 but I have never ever received it I lost $35.58 in losses I will never ever order from them again so sad that they do this to people
I ordered a HEAVEN MEMORIAL EMPTY CHAIR for LOVED ONE IN HEAVEN. I received the item and the wording on the pillow that was in the rocker was not as I ordered and HEAVEN was misspelled. I sent them an email and ask them for a refund . They offered me 2.00 for my inconvenience and I told them I wanted my complete refund of 41.00. They gave me an address to send it back and the address was in China and it was going to cost me 25.00 to send it back. The package came from CA but they would not let me send it back there nor would they pay the shipping. I didn’t receive a refund from the company SpecialMemory.net . Lucky I got a refund from PayPal. I would not order from them ever again.
I am so happy I saw your comment. I ordered the same exact thing (5 sets),and the very same thing happened! Two months to get them, and they came with "heaven" spelled "heave", and incorrect grammar (I am guessing we received the exact same incorrect pillows). I e-mailed them...they first offered me $2 (off of my $80 order), then $3, $5, $10, then $14 (going back and forth with them for over a month). They wanted me to ship it back to China (on my dime) in order to get a full refund. Uhh...no! I just now took it to Paypal, and am waiting to hear back. Absolutely ridiculous and a joke what they did. Happy to hear you received your refund form paypal, though!
It's a scam I had an order placed said it was delivered but to a different state then I lived in even made fb status trying to make it go viral so I could recieve my thing emailed them several times they said they sent a new one got a new tracking number so we shall see but highly DONT recommend this company at all
same thing happened to me. it was delivered but to a different state. been sending several emails to them and each time their reply is different. first I was told it was resent to the correct address, then they say "sorry the logistics info was delayed. we've urged the shipping co. to update the information." I am out 65.00. Bought a set of black wire chickens to put in the yard. they were cute too.

My wife purchased a pair of boots from this site no delivery and no signs of being able to contact the company. What’s so annoying is that this site was on Instagram and they should have the responsibility to police there own site ultimately they are responsible for lost money that’s my view the sooner they start cleaning up scammers the better, they are all scum bags. Facebook, Instagram, and all the other platforms are irresistible, I’ve took the right decision not to be on these god forsaken sites lucky me.
I’m still waiting for my ring. They said it’s on its way but I know better now. There are several different sites that sell this ring! It is a fraudulent company with fraudulent items! This really bad!! I fell for this a month ago & still haven’t received my order! ? It’s a beautiful ring but should’ve known better! It came with a shipping order: 9200190283700400043453. This was a gift & makes me mad as hell. I’m on social security disability & don’t make a lot of money. I know I’ll never get my money back. ?
