I had payment taken out for an order from Soulmia with no order confirmation or further correspondence as of today, 5 days after the payment was made. I have contacted this company to chat but it takes 24 hours to hear back. I’m questioning the legitimacy of this website. I’ve been scammed before by a Chinese company. Wait and see now.
Update: it is now January 6th, 2022. I have attempted numerous times to get a refund for an order I never received...got the runaround then dropped communication from their end. I don't believe this is a legitimate business. Beware! At the very least, their customer service is horrible.

STAY AWAY! This is a fraud! Don't buy in this shop!
Quality of the clothes is really low, not as they advertise! 100% polyester with no cotton as they declare. Printing is blurry. Simple chinese plastic!
Clothes are without any designer label or washing instructions.
For sure those clothes are not worth of their price. Photos on their website are false!
The company must know what kind of product they sell. I wanted to return all order because it is ensured in their return policy but they informed me that:
1. I can keep the clothes and the will give me 40% of price refund.
2. I can send products at my own expense to China and they will give me 80% refund. Additionally cost of delivery from my country to China is similar to cost of order.
When I disagreed with both solutions they stopped respond to my emails. There is no contact from them since one week even I send to them next reminders.

I GOT MY SHIRT THAT I PURCHASED AND IT IS TISSUE THIN ! THE EXTRA LARGE FITS A LITTLE SMALL , BUT NOT BAD . AFRAID THAT IT MIGHT SHRINK A LITTLE AND IF IT DOES I WON'T BE ABLE TO WEAR IT. DON'T THINK I'M GOING TO ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, CHEAPLY MADE !
Apparently I got lucky. I ordered 4 shirts from them. Then I found this website and tried to stop my order, but couldn't. In about 10 days my order arrived. I was skeptical but opened the package. Tried on all 4 shirts. Fit great, looked great. My wife loves these shirts on me. Now remember, I haven't washed them yet or worn all of them for an extended period of time. For all I know, the colors may run or the stitching may come apart. However,I don't think this will occur as they all seem to be a quality product.

Poor quality…3 out of 4 t shirts I bought were offset or had letters missing, all 4 were poor fitting. Emailed twice about refund only to get an automated response to say no one was available to answer I will have to wait for a response…this had cut well into the 14 days i have to return them, a coincidence do you think?? ?...
Never buy anything from here, even the t-shirt. I'm going through nightmare now to return the garbage I purchased, their customer service is terrible, respond once a day and you have to pay the shipping. They put random pictures on their website and make it as ordered I think. Nothing matches to what you order and the quality is terrible. It is a scam based on my experience.
Terrible scam company no place on its site to place this type of review, first the quality of their products are flimsy material with frayed strings, sizes are for little tiny people, their shipping was a nightmare from Hell, I wish I would have googled this company and found this site to look at before I leaped into this nightmare. We are never too old to learn, check into any site you are not familiar with.
