Soturan is a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:-
# Like lots of similar types of scam sites, Soturan has also provided its company's address as 99 Helen Ave,Lawrenceville,NJ 08648 which is an address of residential home but not an address of any shop or store or commercial building (Sources: Zillow.com and Google Maps). So, we don't think the provided company's address is real.
# Like lots of scam sites, the website Soturan has also lots of drawbacks. For example;
- It has designed its website roughly.
- When you click the "Contact Us", "Privacy Policy", "Terms of Service", "Returns and Refunds Policy", etc. links placed at the bottom of the Soturan website, that sends you to respective pages of another website which is "Moleyta.com". If you visit the Moleyta website, you will find out this warning message on Chrome: "Your connection is not private", which means Moleyta is not a secured website and Soturan has a connection with Moleyta. This definitely rings a big warning bell to stay out of Soturan website.
- It has some categories on its website under which it hasn't listed any items. None of the legit sites will make such blank categories.
- Soturan has listed lots of items on sale at an unrealistic cheap price which is too good to be true. Only scam sites can offer such cheap price.
- Soturan hasn’t secured its website properly and has provided the fake trust seal logos of McAfee on its product detail pages. Since the Soturan website is not secured properly, so if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information might be stolen.
# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.
# Actually, these days you can find lots of online stores which haven't provided any contact information or have provided the fake contact information such as Dolltu, Usfitwear, Vemwear, Bratyk, Libertypro, Sunleaf, Matastore, Comouna, Picksof, Zandov, MioyotShop, CurveFits, Vivierstore, Soroks, Heartul, Bluewwo, Chokero, AriasShop, and so on.

I had also placed an order the day before yesterday and was concerned about not receiving a confirmation email. I got really alerted when their phone # was not in service. I canceled my debit card and got a new one, thankfully my bank confirmed that the transaction never took place. That's another thing, usually I would see the transaction appear pretty much immediately in the "pending" debits of my bank account on the bank app, but not there.
I saw on Google Maps that their address was a residential private house, and guess what? They changed it since to a completely different one and it's now on street view a shop called The Upstairs Boutique that is permanently closed when you look up that other business name on Google. Are they stupid enough to not know that literally anyone can look up the street view of any address?
I also attempted, when I still had a glimpse of hope that they were legit, to send them an email and I've been receiving updates from my email app since, that my emails could not be sent.
When you click on multiple categories of their website, it leads nowhere, it's just an error page.
100% a scam and it seems to be getting around fast online. The day I placed an order I searched "Soturan scam" on Google and there was still 0 result. And now there's a whole bunch. Looks like they just "opened up shop" around that day and everyone is already becoming aware because they're so bad at what they do.

Total scam. Likely origin Pakistan. Try to hack your email. Prob will steal bank details and take money.
I ORDERED AN APPLIANCE ON LINE AND PAID THRU THEIR WEBSITE WITH AUTHORIZE.NET AND HAVE AN ORDER NUMBER BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL; I CONTACTED THEM THROUGH THEIR 24/7 EMAIL TWICE AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIEVED AN ANSWER; I TRIED CALLING THEIR 800 NUMBER AND IT WAS NOT IN SERVICE; I AM AFRAID THAT I WAS SCAMMED AND I AM TRYING TO REVERSE THE CHARGES THROUGH MY BANK AS WE SPEAK NOW....
I don't know what to do I ordered from this site yesterday but was concerned when I did not receive a follow up email. I am so upset! What do I do?!
