On 04/02/2021, I ordered two Solar Torches from Social and Blue. I still have yet to receive them. I have emailed them over ten times and keep on getting the same answer. In the first place, I was told that the product was made in America. However, they also told me that their inventory has been held at customs due the shipping lines (UPS, FedEx, and DHL) having been taken out a large portion of their flights to carry over medical supplies and vaccines. (If the product is made in America, then what does Customs have to do with it?) I have talked in person to the upper management of each of these shipping companies, and they all told me that they are delayed at most by ten to twenty days, and that shipping shouldn't be a problem. Social and Blue keep on giving me the runaround! I have asked for the address or phone number for there company, and nothing but "crickets"! The last correspondence I had from them was on 06/18/2021. July 1st, it was 90 days, and I keep sending an email to "support@socialandblue.com" on a daily basis, and still nothing! I don't think this company is legit! I cannot find them anywhere in Wikipedia, Internet, Better Business Bureau, or Facebook. I don't know where else to turn. Any help would be appreciated.....
You can try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.

I ordered a Solar Torch from Social and Blue but never received it ... not even any tracking details. Customer service is attrocious (no one bothered to get back to me). It seems like this is all a scam. I had to go via PayPal to get my money back.
