SilverstarAV complaints SilverstarAV fake or real SilverstarAV legit or fraud | De Reviews

SilverstarAV, which is selling various products such as LED TVS, HOME THEATER, OLED TVS, and so on, looks suspicious. Does that mean SilverstarAV is a scam? Well, let’s find out either is a SilverstarAV.com scam or trustworthy and what is SilverstarAV.com in real through our SilverstarAV review here. So, let’s begin with our Silverstar AV review.

SilverstarAV complaints SilverstarAV fake or real SilverstarAV legit or fraud | De Reviews

The website SilverstarAV has following drawbacks:-

# SilverstarAV hasn't provided its company’s address anywhere on its website. However, legit online stores should not miss such details. We also didn't find SilverstarAV listed on LG or Sony authorized dealer directory although they are claiming to sell the products of Sony and LG.

# The website SilverstarAV has also poorly designed. For example; its website theme is very untidy; it is claiming to sell lots of products at a heavy discount price but if you check the price of those items on Amazon, you will find out they are selling those products at a normal price which means they are tricking people by showing those high discount by pulling the price of products; on the other hand, they are also tricking people by giving a real heavy discount on the price of some products but such low price also seems too good to be true; SilverstarAV hasn’t secured its website with security services like McAfee or Norton and so on due to which your personal and financial information might be on risk if you shop at this site.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discounts or claiming to sell the shortage items, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

# Actually, these days you can find lots of online stores that haven't provided any contact information or have provided fake contact information such as WeeklySeeDress, EgvStore, Agorastetora, Maskinusa, Us.HomeKitchenGoods, Remasks, AirifyMasks, Demuns, Pleasanty, MaskBooking, Masiat, Vivierstore, Soroks, Heartul, Bluewwo, Chokero, AriasShop, MateClubs, Fefall, Prettyat, Knixdon, KolkStore, Morclothes, Usnotion, Savazr, LarryCloth, Zrevo, Morrisoh, Dimenticarti, YourPetClub, MagicTranslator, Carfler, ChapelGadgets, JinnieStore, BFGlasses, CycloneBlender, VveoskLife, Annjolies, WhateverYouBuy, Eternaltube, IMShopSavvy, GetGotGotten, IHollyHome, Tumeyy, Loracmoon, Bloopzie, Swamay, ThekShoppingTVShop and so on.

  1. Same thing happened to me, bait and switch company....my original tv was $1299 when they called me back they said the model was from Korea up sold me the “American” version for $1799. They did not ship tv on time so I canceled order original order was placed on 7-5-20 got refund today 11-12-20 but they took off $200 each way for shipping return and 10% restocking fee.

  2. Silverstarav.com are scammers.
I purchased TV from them in May. When it was not shipped for several weeks and I called them, they told me that the reason for lower price is 8bit panel instead of 10bit and I told them that I don't want it. Then they offered a replacement with a model 75SM9070PUA-VO which supposedly had a 4k emulator because of "-VO" at the end. And that it was the reason for $2199 price instead of around $1800. Unfortunately I agreed. In about a month TV was delivered. When it was unpacked, it was a regular 75SM9070PUA TV without VO and I refused delivery. Then they dragged it for another 1.5 months and I had to call them many times to get a refund in August, but refund was by $620 less that what I paid. Now I'm disputing it with my credit card company.

  3. Silver Star AV is a total scam and true Bait-and-Switch company which means they offer prices that are too good to be true. When you call them to buy TV listed on the website with low price, they convince you that it is a Korean made 8bit panel version - meaning bad quality and no warranty. They will try to convince you to get a "better" version (made in Mexico/US) with 10bit panel, VIDEO OPTIMIZED for a lot more money. Panel difference is total BS (as I have found out later by calling LG support and researching other sources). It’s a complete scam.
If you try to return a product and even agree to all their shipping fees ($400) and restocking fees, they simply don't call you back.
Do not use this site! Total scam! Fraudulent advertisement!

  4. Not reputable. I purchased a TV from silverstarav on line from a silver tongue sales rep named david, he talked me into purchasing a TV other that the one i had called about under the guise that he could give me a better TV than what I had wanted. David sold me the Brooklyn bridge of TV's! Not only was it not the quality I wanted, but it was also an older( 2018 ) model. I started to return it with the delivery guys, only to have david call me and question why. He informed me of their polcy of a $200.00 restock fee, Read the fine print, so I took possession with the promise of a $150.00 return for the inconvenience which never happened! Buyer beware!!!
