What is Shopzai .Club?

It is an online shopping store that is selling products such as Induction Kitchen Cookware Sets Nonstick - Granite Hammered Pan Set 12 Piece, Dishwasher Safe Cooking Pots and Pans Set, 13pcs non-stick aluminum plate set, plate set / bright purple, 13pcs non-stick aluminum plate set, plate set / red shimmer, Induction Kitchen Cookware Set-Granite Hammered Cooking Cookware Set Non-stick, 12-piece aluminum non-stick cookware set, Hammered Copper Pots and Pans Set - Induction Dishwasher Safe Kitchen Nonstick Cookware Sets, KitchenAid 10 Speed 3.5 Qt. Stand Mixer, KitchenAid 10 Speed 5 Qt. Stand Mixer, 10 in 1 Smart Air Fryer, Self-cleaning cat litter box, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have classified Shopzai Club / Kitchen Academy as one of the doubtful sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address of this site is provided on its Contact Us page as No.7, Building 6, Fuyuan Apartment, Sihong County, Suqian City. Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address. Thus we shall not trust such an unprofessional company for any kind of online shopping.

The provided address is from China but on its Terms of Service page, it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. How can a company from China be governed by the laws of the U.K.?

Its email address i.e. service@prebuyholes.com is not related to its domain name.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of Norton, McAfee, etc. on its few Product Details pages. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Its domain name i.e. Shopzai .Club and website name i.e. Kitchen Academy are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and the same website name is also mentioned on its policy pages instead of its domain name which occurs due to a copy-paste error of contents.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on the above stated reasons, it can be said that Shopzai Club / Kitchen Academy is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. Paid for saucepans in January, which haven’t arrived. Having daily conversations with them about non-receipt. They won’t provide a tracking number or any means of tracking the package and are full of excuses why the package hasn’t arrived....covid, customs, delivery company, post office....you name it. Suggest I try to trace it through them, which is impossible without any means to do so.....totally ignore that fact. Now telling me that they will resend the items, which I don’t believe. They seem oblivious to my blatant criticisms about their service and that I suspect it’s a scam....it goes totally over their head. Suspect I can kiss goodbye my money!!!!
