Paid for saucepans in January, which haven’t arrived. Having daily conversations with them about non-receipt. They won’t provide a tracking number or any means of tracking the package and are full of excuses why the package hasn’t arrived....covid, customs, delivery company, post office....you name it. Suggest I try to trace it through them, which is impossible without any means to do so.....totally ignore that fact. Now telling me that they will resend the items, which I don’t believe. They seem oblivious to my blatant criticisms about their service and that I suspect it’s a scam....it goes totally over their head. Suspect I can kiss goodbye my money!!!!
