I ordered a blow up mattress back in August. It took forever to receive any info from them. They sent out that my item had been delivered, but not to me. It was delivered in Hawaii, not nebraska where I am from. I have kept all of my emails back and forth. I am on the third time of having them send it to me. I just want my money back. Very much a scam!!!

Yes definitely a scam I ordered something back in August and after nearly 40 emails back and forth nothing. They should be reported as they are ripping people off surely something can be done.

Similar experience to others where they have claim it’s delivered and when I ask for proof it shows delivered to some random place I’ve never heard of. They said they are sending out a replacement but don’t believe that’s actually been sent out.
This company is indeed a scam, I ordered a child's ride on toy last August 2022 and after nearly 50 emails back and forth nothing. Only excuses THIS SO CALLED NEWPAIKE IS INDEED A SCAM DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY ANYTHING THEY ARE A RIP OFF. SCAMMERS STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE.
As well as me. I have printed out all correspondence with them. I am reporting them to the post office because they are stealing tracking numbers to give ppl I am reporting to customs, US commerce, FBI fraud. I suggest you all do the same the more reporting the more they will do something.
I purchased from this company in June. Waited 6 weeks for my pack to be delivered to PEI instead of Alberta where I live. Took me weeks to get this company to send me a new package. I have been waiting for weeks only to find out my package was delivered to Ontario today instead of Alberta. I am angry.
I have been fighting with Newpaike Ltd for weeks now!! They claim my purchase (which I should of know better than to make) was delivered!! Well, I DO NOT LIVE IN ALASKA (I'm in NC) and that's the address they claim it was delivered to! So many back and forth with them...I'm over it! Next move is the Better Business Bureau! They can fight with them! I just want my $ back!
