I AGREE I MADE A PURCHASE IN JANUARY I NEVER RECEIVED MY PURCHASE AND COULD NOT CONTACT SHENTEBIA AFTER MANY TIMES TRYING
Shentibia is definitely a scam. I ordered a cricut cutting machine from them. I checked to see when the order would be delivered. I had a tracking and order number. When I attempted to inquire the store always says closed. The item has never arrived. Fortunately I paid for it with Visa. They have looked after this frqudlent account for me in a most professional manner, which is much appreciated. DO NOT order from this company.
Shentebia took my order, but then their supposed customer services at support@shentebia.com has consistently refused to send a confirmation email and their website link no longer exists. Scammers. I've informed Paypal and my bank.
Scam. I ordered two bunk beds and literally received a ball of yellow yarn. I couldn’t even make something like that up.
