My first time ordering & my last!!! Tops were to small even though I went by their measurements, dresses to small & shorter than the photo not to mention the thin poor quality fabric. I called this morning to determine how to send them back & they hung up on me before I could speak. Their telephone line stayed busy most of the day & when the call did go through it would ring & ring, then cut off. I see now they are a total scam. Almost took a month to arrive, no packing slip or return label. This cannot be a legitimate business!!!
My order took 6 weeks & everything was too small & even see thru! The site stated that 1 dress was a cotton polyester blend but was 95% polyester & 5% spandex. Such a scam!!

I am right there with everyone else. I received the dress I ordered and was very disappointed. No return label! No invoice! Address on package jade the name Tom from Indiana.
I have ordered from them twice and have been very pleased. The dresses were as pictured and fit nicely. I have received many compliments on them. They arrived within two weeks of purchase.

I have been waiting almost a month with no product. I go to check the tracking and my security system locked me out of the site. My information is now out there in these scammers hands. Very upset to say the least!!
I received my dress yesterday.
It looks nothing like what I saw online. The material is cheap, like a flimsy nightgown. The sleeves, which were pictured as 3/4 are not! The color is way off . What a fraud this company is.
Do nit place any orders with them. I am awaiting a response from a refund request via email. But it seems unlikely I will hear back!
I received a dress that was not as it appeared on the picture. I want to send it back but the email I sent was sent back to me saying that their inbox is too full! I never had that happen before with any other company. Also, there was no shipping invoice. The only info I can gather is the return address on the outside of the package & it's from a Tom Smith. When I saw that name, that sounded fishy to me. They might as well said John Doe. I doubt I will be seeing my money returned. I will never order from them again!!
I wish I had read the reviews on this site before ordering. I ordered a dress. What I received was a very cheap dress that looked nothing like the picture. Even the color was off. When I contacted them via email they actually had the audacity to say, do you have a friend or relative that you could give it to. And they would only refund 30% of the purchase. Seriously?!? I responded that I would be embarrassed to give it to anyone! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered and received a dress that looks like a very cheap nightgown. I emailed them and tried calling the customer service number. No response on either. This is a lesson learned from me. Please do not order from this company. You would get better quality product from the dollar store!!

I ordered in early Dec 2022.
Contacted them a number of times, last response was it's in transit and to wait 10 days if everything goes well. Jan 26. No dress!!!
Contacted them again by email. I noticed they wanted me to add their name.com in my contacts list.
Like no-- my alert went up as way to get into my phone.
I do look at the bottom of the website to see where the company is located, saw there was no phone number...a clue, but I really liked the dress.
I was going to order three, but I decided on one first to see the quality first.
I do like Riota.. you get what you order and quality is also surprisingly good
I really wished i would have read the comments before I ordered 2 dresses. I ordered them December 4,2022 for Christmas parties. Dresses did not come until January. They were made in China, and so cheapy made. All I want to be is return them. Contacted them to return and they offered to free items, all I want to do is return. Terrible customer service

Wish I had read this first. Placed order on 12/8 for Christmas dress and 3 other items. Keep getting update email from them, last email was 12/21 stating would be here in 5 days but as of 12/29 nothing received. biggest scam ever. Do not order from this company
If you didn't get what you paid for do a chargeback!! That is exactly what chargebacks are for. Don't ever agree to less than you paid!

If you paid by PayPal, they will not stand by you and do a refund. I've always thought that PayPal was the way to go. NOT TRUE. PayPal cannot get their money back from a company in CHINA so they will deny your claim.
Be very careful, I’ve just received a dress i ordered, I can only call it cheap and nasty, for NZ$70, I would not pay even $20, cheap rubbish, the prices are in US $. I’m now trying to return it, but as I have to pay postage it’s probably not worth it, wish I’d seen this site earlier.
I order some dresses. My bank immediately put a hold on my credit card. It took days to get the hold off of it. Shegaga claims to be in North Carolina. It also claims to be made in the USA. The bank information was about an international charge, and it was out of Kowloon China. NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS. I SHOULD HAVE INVESTIGATED BEFORE, BUT WAS STUPID. DON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU.

I bought two dresses. The first shipment was not properly addressed and was sent back. I contacted them to tell them they had my dresses- so they shipped again.
I finally got the dresses . One looked nothing like the dress I ordered-except the fabric print. The other was very much like the one I wanted.
Then The fabric did not look right. It was supposed to be a 65% cotton 35% polyester blend. This fabric is too flimsy and shiny to be thud blend. Then I discovered the dresses had no tags. No country of origin, fabric content or washing instructions. Only a very tiny size tag.
I'm another customer who didn't do my research. I just received the dress that I ordered yesterday and the word "disappointed" can't begin to describe the way I felt. The picture and description looked and sounded like the dress was denim but it is nothing like denim except maybe the color. CHEAP fabric, no tag in it saying how to launder the dress. Oh, why am I concerned about washing it, I'll never wear it! I'm "old as dirt" and I'm so disappointed in myself for not staying away from these kinds of websites. When will I learn? I guess I'm just a sucker!
I ordered 3 dresses and none are as described. I am a small 12 and ordered large and all are too small, Poor quality too.
I placed a order a month ago and have not received it. I wrote the company and received a bogus response that it had been shipped and was delivered. To some city in another state. Do not use this company. I lost my money!!!!

Advertised as being”made" in North Carolina which is an outright lie. Typical scam. The dress I purchased (picture) was very pretty. The one I received was a knock off which looked like a potato sack. The dress shown had a high waists with a gathered skirt, inside pockets and 3/4 sleeves. The fabric looked similar but was a cheaper silky and shiny. This was a total rip off. Of course I contacted customer service and they claim they would refund 50% as shipping was too expensive etc. (made overseas _ So I accepted 50% knowing I would not get a full refund, so these leeches won anyway. DO YOUR Research first, which unfortunately I failed to do.

I ordered a fit-and-flare dress. When it arrived after WEEKS, it was not flared--it went straight down from the shoulders to the hem, so it was loose in the waist and tight in the hips. The material was something I've never seen a garment made from in the United States--thin and shiny. I asked if I could return it; the answer was that it wasn't worth sending back to China, that I could give it to someone for 1/3 refund. Since I don't know anyone who would wear something like this, I asked for the 1/3 refund and will donate it to Goodwill. This is my final attempt to buy clothing on line--I've learned my lesson!

Thank You! I always check online "stores" that have such good deals after getting burned by Clark Shoes. Now, the Clark Shoes that I know originate from England and it is a well established, quality company. When I saw an online ad for Clark Shoes, soft, slip on, in several colors, I was excited! Should have done my research first! This portion of Clark Shoes had been bought out by a company in Indonesia. I ordered one pair of blue and one pair of white "loafers", total cost of about $35.00 each. When a charge came through for $200.00+, I had my bank stop payment. Then I decided to check my "trash" and found orders for 2 more sets of shoes. When I called, I did get a real person, but he said he couldn't help me because it is what I ordered! Asking for a Supervisor, I got the same run-around. The language barrier was hard enough. I really did not know what to do, so I capitulated and had the bank release the payment to them. I posted on Facebook about my experience telling people NOT to order this type of shoe from "Clark's Shoes" as this style had been bought out by an unscrupulous foreign company. Researching, I discovered that Clark's Shoes, in England (which I still trust) had discontinues several types of shoes, to remain solvent, and these D/C'd styles were purchased by an independent supplier. The shoes were Clark's, and were advertised and sold under the "Clark's" name, so I mistakenly thought the service and integrity were Clark's also. I was SO VERY WRONG! Now I have about $170.00 less in my bank account, and 3 pair of blue loafers and 3 pair of white loafers. One pair of each will be donated. I do like the shoes, it just aggravates me (for my shortsightedness) , every time I were them!!
When the dress I ordered came, it was nothing like the one pictured. I have asked for a refund and they are offering me a 40% refund. Do not trust this company.

I would and will not order from the many sites which are being posted today. If you have received your order from this or any of the 20ish sites which are out here now, beware as you will fall into the web of a great fake. See for yourself, look at all the sites, run fast.
They offered a 35% refund if I kept the clothes. They suggested I give them to a friend. I don’t have a friend who would wear those shiny, tacky things! The items I received are nothing like the pictures. They said they ship from NC or GA. They actually ship from China. DO NOT waste your time or money.
