I too fell for and lost $43.67 costly lesson nothing can be done.
Placed 2 orders over 2 months ago ....have not received anything. Sent several emails and I get "someone will contact you " and then nothing. Don't know if I can get my money back cuz it's been do long. Sad that this is how people get treated . This world is messed up with bad people.
Placed 2 orders. Never received. Emails from company claim they were delivered. I finally asked for a refund. The next day, Shapeso.com is no longer available. Tried to send them a final email and it came back as undeliverable. Filing a dispute with credit card company to see if I can get my money back.
so, my mom placed an order before looking to see if the site was legit....obviously IT ISNT. our order says it has been delivered BUT it has NOT! we sent our first email little over an hour ago so we will see what happens....contacting the bank tomorrow to see if we can get my mothers money back
Complete SCAM..
I foolishly placed an order and 2 months later, NOTHING. After many emails I continuously received the same response how someone will contact me.
I want to let everyone know NOT TO make the same mistake. They showed themselves as Macy's which I fell for. Don't do it.
I never got my order and tried to contact support@shapeso.com and my email came back claiming there is no such address!
So how do you get your money back once you placed an order?
I'm want to know the same thing.
