This address is also used by other problematic sites like Telfarous, etc. Hence, we shall not trust such an unprofessional online store for any kind of online shopping.
Although, both addresses are from the USA but on its Terms of Service page, it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China. How can a company from USA be governed by the laws of China?

So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.
