I orded 2 dream boxes March 30, 2023. I paid for them and a day or two later I received a tracking number. I used the tracking number to see where it was off and on. Then one day I check it and it says "delivered" and "signed for"? well it wasn't by me. I contacted them and told them about it and wanted them to look into it cuz I wanted to go get them but they just said they would send out new ones which seemed strange to me that they didn't seem upset over it being delivered to someone else. I asked them over and over to check into it but it just never seemed to bother them. So I'm thinking my replacements r coming. I was worried though because they flat out refused to provide me with a tracking number for the new shipment. Well the day that they were due to be delivered comes, they were not. I email them and am told that my packages r now "lost in transit" r u serious? So now we r fighting over a refund. I did not pay shipping but they want to deduct shipping from my refund. When I stood my ground they said they would finally issue a full refund. Nothing has been refunded and now they r ignoring my emails. I have printed every email between both Thuy Le and Usagi and myself. Copies of order forms and everything. Which i am glad that I did print everything out as I went because not it's all broken links.
