I ordered the 20 piece cast iron set in February and as of May 16th I have not received it I, got an email saying it had shipped but haven't heard anything back from them it's been almost 3 months and bank won't refund my money because its over 60 days since I ordered it.

The original advertisement for these cookware came on Facebook. We should all sue Facebook. Their add is still pooping out once in a wile in Facebook.
Yes. I found my ad on Facebook as well, and it was listed under a Macy's ad with the Macy's star so I thought it was from Macy's
Never receive my order kept changing the date when it will be delivered. Try to email never respond would like my money back fraud.
Where is my order they said it had been delivered on March 23 I was home and no delivery yet today is March 27
The same thing happened to me they claimed my order was delivered and signed for by a family member but I live alone in a gated community and if anyone come to my residence they have to be let in by the doorman or buzzed in by me. Neither happened. That day. This is a scam I am contacting the better business bureau and any other organization to inform them of not only my situation but including the information of others in this post.
And the company has never given me the address where item is supposed to be coming from nor is there any phone number for them.
Where my delivery
I never received my order after it says it was deliver and I was home with the door open. So I send the email and they said it was signed for and I emailed back asking for a copy of that and who signed for it cause no one was at my house
They gave me 3 different dates that my package was supposed to be delivered . Now they say it was delivered to the wrong address so I have to wait for it to be redelivered. It's been 2 months and I just want a refund which they want to give me 30%. Unacceptabke
