If you paid by credit card can't you go through your credit card company for a refund? You should be able to file a fraudulent claim, since they took your money and you didn't receive your item.

This sucks cuz I too ordered The Litterbox Robot for $49.99 and have been given a tracking # and they have responded several times saying due to Covid it takes lo German to ship things. My "order" is supposedly in the States and has been "sitting" there for almost a month.
This is 100% SCAM. Don't trust anything about sangbit.com.
Did anyone get the merchandise? I unfortunately did not know about it until they zap the money out of my account immediately. Then I received a message from a site telling me I should check them out because they are scammers. I doubt I’ll ever see my merchandise. I have learned my lesson if I can’t buy it in the store on Amazon I won’t purchase it.
Oh my God.. indeed like that. I ordered the robot litter box and when I asked about when it will be delivered they said that there's a problem in custom from the post office. They offered me the replacement of the product. It's kind of suspicious. They asked me not to leave a negative feedback on their website or in PayPal. This is really upsetting.
I was victimized by this scam. Through Facebook, they offered a litterbox. They took money from my credit card - US$ 49.99 plus the shipping fee. They confirmed my Order but would not give a Delivery Date. BEWARE of this customercare@sangbit .com - it is all auto reply.
